METHOD OF MANUFACTURING A CARGO BODY PANEL
A composite molded cargo body panel including a core, an interior skin secured to a first side of the core having a thickness, and exterior skin secured to a second side of the core, and a plurality of recesses. The plurality of recesses are dispersed along a first direction at intervals in the interior skin, with the core thickness at each of the plurality of recesses being reduced compared to a maximum core thickness, and each of the plurality of recesses defines a support surface. A pocket is formed in each of the plurality of recesses, with the core thickness at the pocket being less than the core thickness at each of the plurality of recesses. A plurality of logistics inserts are attached to the respective support surfaces of the plurality of recesses so that, at each of the plurality of recesses, the logistics insert extends across the pocket.
PRESSURE-SENSITIVE ADHESIVE COMPOSITION, PRESSURE-SENSITIVE ADHESIVE LAYER, PRESSURE-SENSITIVE ADHESIVE SHEET, OPTICAL MEMBER, AND TOUCH PANEL
An object of the present invention is to provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive composition that enables a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer to be formed, wherein the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer has a low dielectric constant, is excellent in level difference conformability and transparency while maintaining adhesive strength and adhesion reliability at high temperatures, and suitable for laminating a metal mesh film and the like. The pressure-sensitive adhesive composition of the present invention contains an acrylic polymer (A), a mixture of monomer components constituting the acrylic polymer (A) or a partially polymerized product of a mixture of monomer components constituting the acrylic polymer (A), and a hydrogenated polyolefinic resin (B) that exhibits liquid flowability at 25° C. The pressure-sensitive adhesive composition comprises a branched-chain alkyl group having 10 to 24 carbon atoms as a monomer component. The hydrogenated polyolefinic resin (B) has a number average molecular weight (Mn) of 1000 to 5000 and a polydispersity (Mw/Mn) of 2.0 or less. The hydrogenated polyolefinic resin (B) contains at least one selected from the group consisting of a hydrogenated polyolefin and a hydrogenated polyolefin polyol. The pressure-sensitive adhesive composition comprises 3 to 35 parts by weight of the hydrogenated polyolefinic resin (B) based on 100 parts by weight of the acrylic polymer (A).
LIGHTNING STRIKE PROTECTION LAYER
A lightning strike protection layer for an aircraft is disclosed having a first portion and a second portion, the first portion includes a first fibre reinforced polymer composite layer and a first electrically conductive metal layer and the second portion includes a second fibre reinforced polymer composite layer and a second electrically conductive metal layer, and the first and second portions are joined at a butt joint, with the first and second fibre reinforced polymer composite layers abutting and the first and second electrically conductive metal layers abutting; and a butt-strap extending across the butt joint, the butt-strap comprising a third electrically conductive metal layer electrically connected to the first and second electrically conductive metal layers.
Nickel-plated, heat-treated steel sheet for battery cans
The present invention provides a nickel-plated heat-treated steel sheet for a battery can (1), having a nickel layer with a nickel amount of 4.4 to 26.7 g/m.sup.2 on a steel sheet (11), wherein when the Fe intensity and the Ni intensity are continuously measured along the depth direction from the surface of the nickel-plated heat-treated steel sheet for a battery can, by using a high frequency glow discharge optical emission spectrometric analyzer, the difference (D2-D1) between the depth (D1) at which the Fe intensity exhibits a first predetermined value and the depth (D2) at which the Ni intensity exhibits a second predetermined value is less than 0.04 μm.
Method for the production of curved furniture components and component thus obtainable
The method for the production of curved furniture components comprises: an overlapping step of a first panel of wooden, plastic or metal material, of at least one intermediate separating layer and of a second panel of wooden, plastic or metal material for obtaining a flat semi-finished product having a perimeter edge; an interposition step of a polyurethane type adhesive between the intermediate layer and the first panel and second panel by hot dispensing of said adhesive on the surfaces of the first and the second panels which are adapted to be associated with the intermediate layer or by hot dispensing of the adhesive on the surfaces of the intermediate layer which are adapted to be associated with said first panel and second panel; a cold shaping step of the semi-finished product for obtaining a curved component; and a spraying step of a water-based auxiliary substance between the intermediate layer and at least one of the first panel and the second panel, subsequent to the interposition of the adhesive.
Support structure and manufacturing method thereof, and foldable display screen
The present disclosure provides a support structure and a manufacturing method thereof, and a foldable display screen. The support structure includes: a first support plate made of flexible conductive material; at least two second support plates arranged on the first support plate with interval, the second support plates being made of rigid conductive material, at least a part of surface of each of the second support plates being in contact with the first support plate.
Plated steel
A plated steel includes: a steel; and a plating layer that is provided on a surface of the steel, in which the plating layer includes, by mass %, Al: 5.00% to 35.00%, Mg: 2.50% to 13.00%, Fe: 5.00% to 40.00%, Si: 0% to 2.00%, Ca: 0% to 2.00%, and a remainder of Zn and impurities, and in a cross section of the plating layer, the area fraction of a Zn solid-solution Fe.sub.2Al.sub.5 phase in which 5% or more of Zn is solid-soluted is 10% to 60% and the area fraction of a MgZn.sub.2 phase is 10% to 90%.
