Functional garments to collect loose hair and skin of domestic pets

A multi-layered animal garment is configured to aid shedding of fur from an animal. The garment includes a fur agitation layer comprising a plurality of fur agitation features to facilitate the shedding as the fur agitation layer moves relative to the fur and a mesh layer configured to retain fur pieces shed from the fur. Each layer includes at least one leg band configured to be attached to a leg of the animal. The fur agitation layer and the mesh layer are elastically connected to each other. The leg band of the fur agitation layer and the leg band of the mesh layer cause the fur agitation layer and the mesh layer to move in relation to each other.

ADHESIVE ARTICLES COMPRISING POLYLACTIC ACID POLYMER FILM AND METHOD OF MAKING

A method of making an adhesive article is described comprising melt extruding a core film layer comprising a comport comprising at least 50% of a polylactic acid polymer. The method further comprises melt extruding an adhesive layer on a major surface of the core film layer such that regions of interdiffusion are present between the core film layer and adhesive layer. The adhesive layer may comprise C1-C10 (meth)acrylic acid or ester thereof, vinyl acetate, ethylene vinyl acetate, hydrolysed polyvinyl alcohol and combinations thereof. The adhesive layer may also be a pressure sensitive adhesive. The method further comprises melt extruding a release film layer on an opposing major surface of the core film layer. The layers are sequentially extruded or co-extruded and can be uniaxially or biaxially oriented. Articles comprising a core film layer comprising a composition comprising at least 50% of a polylactic acid polymer and an adhesive layer disposed on a major surface of the core layer are also described.

POLYMER COMPOSITION FOR ADHESIVE APPLICATION

The present invention relates to an ethylene polymer composition for use in adhesive applications, to an article comprising the ethylene polymer composition and to a process for producing said article.

Pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet for mobile electronics

Provided is a PSA sheet capable of bringing about good air release properties in mobile electronic applications. The present invention provides a PSA sheet for mobile electronics. The PSA sheet comprises a substrate film and a PSA layer provided to at least one face of the substrate film. The PSA layer has a thickness of 20 m or less. The PSA sheet further comprises a coating layer that partially covers the PSA layer surface. The coating layer has a thickness less than 3 m.

Surface Concealment System

A label sticker includes a base layer; a release layer coated on an upper surface of the base layer; a first face material layer with a lower surface which a high-viscosity adhesive layer is coated on or adhered to and the release layer is adhered to through the high-viscosity adhesive layer; and a second face material layer with a lower surface which a low-viscosity adhesive layer is coated on and the upper surface of the first face material layer is adhered to through the low-viscosity adhesive layer, with the second face material layer corresponding in shape to and having the same area as the first face material layer. Therefore, the use of the label sticker is free of interference from adhesive remnants left over after processing.

SOUND ATTENUATING LAMINATE MATERIALS
20200071928 · 2020-03-05 ·

Sound absorbing or attenuating laminate flooring materials are provided, which are directed to be used in the production of floor covering, floor panels, furniture panels, cabinets, counter-tops and wall panels. As well, the methods for producing such products are provided. In particular, abrasion resistant panels, with a laminated structure, created by forming an assembly which consists of laminating a heat-activated resin impregnated paper wear layer, a decorative layer with printed graphics or a wood veneer decorative layer, a medium density (MDF) or high-density (HDF) natural fiber-based core and a resin impregnated paper balancing layer. To achieve sound absorbing and/or attenuating properties, any or all paper layers may be pre coated with an additional flexible elastomeric coating, film or material prior to assembly of the panel, or the natural fiber core panel may be coated with a flexible elastomeric coating, film or material prior to assembly with the papers. The flexible elastomeric coating, film or material acts to absorb, reduce, and/or ameliorate the sound transmissions inherent in laminated panels.
