Plastic wrap and method for manufacturing the same
A plastic wrap and a method for manufacturing the same are provided. The plastic wrap includes at least one resin layer that includes a resin composition. The resin composition includes, based on 100 wt % of the resin composition, 1 to 14 wt % of an inorganic nano powder. The inorganic nano powder includes 1 to 30 wt % of zinc oxide, 1 to 20 wt % of titanium oxide, and at least one of 1 to 35 wt % of a silver salt-doped silicon oxide and 1 to 15 wt % of a rare earth metal salt.
FUEL TANK
The present disclosure provides a fuel-impermeable structural unit for use as a structural element of a fuel tank, including a multi-plies structure made of one or more composite material and polymers, and, a sealing polymeric film structurally bonded to and coating the entire surface of at least one face of the multi-plied structure. The polymeric film is integrated with an underlying external layer of said multi-plies structure, is impermeable to the fuel, is not reactive with the fuel, and can bind to an adhesive for fixing one or more rigid elements thereto.
VIBRATING DIAPHRAGM ASSEMBLY
Disclosed is a vibrating diaphragm assembly, which relates to the technical field of electroacoustic products. The vibrating diaphragm assembly comprises a vibrating diaphragm, wherein the vibrating diaphragm comprises a middle part and a folding ring part surrounding the periphery of the middle part; the vibrating diaphragm comprises a vibrating diaphragm substrate layer and a silica gel layer; the silica gel layer is at least partially combined with the vibrating diaphragm substrate layer; the vibrating diaphragm substrate layer is a high molecular material layer; the silica gel layer is combined on the surface of the folding ring part; and the silica gel layer and the high molecular material layer are formed through injection molding. The vibrating diaphragm assembly of the present invention can improve the compliance of a vibrating diaphragm by arranging a silica gel layer on the surface of a folding ring part and compounding the silica gel layer and a high molecular material layer, improve the chemical stability and the temperature adaptability thereof, optimize the acoustic performance, and improve the product qualification rate.
WOUND DRESSING WITH MULTIPLE ADHESIVE LAYERS
A wound dressing is provided. The wound dressing includes a moisture-transmissible backing layer having a first major surface, a second major surface, and a backing layer perimeter; an absorbent hydrophilic adhesive adhered to at least a portion of the second major surface of the backing layer, the absorbent hydrophilic adhesive comprising an absorbent hydrophilic adhesive perimeter; an antimicrobial agent disposed in the absorbent hydrophilic adhesive; a porous layer having a first side adhered to the absorbent hydrophilic adhesive, a second side, and a porous layer perimeter; and a second hydrophobic adhesive adhered to the second side of the porous layer. The second major surface has a first hydrophobic adhesive disposed thereon proximate the backing layer perimeter. 100% of the absorbent hydrophilic adhesive perimeter is overlapped by the backing layer. At least 50% of the porous layer perimeter is overlapped by the absorbent hydrophilic adhesive.
MULTILAYERED TUBE FOR TRANSPORTING LIQUID MEDICINE AND POLYAMIDE RESIN COMPOSITION
There is provided a multilayered tube for transporting liquid chemicals containing an outermost layer and an innermost layer, the innermost layer containing a polyamide (A), an impact modifier (B), and a carbon nanotube (C), wherein the number of projections each having a height of 5 μm or more and a longitudinal width of 20 μm or more, which are present on the surface of the innermost layer, is 2 or less per 1 mm.sup.2 of surface area; and the number of agglomerates each having a longitudinal width of 5 μm or more, which are present in the cross section of the innermost layer, is 15 or less per 1 mm.sup.2 of cross-sectional area. There is also provided a polyamide resin composition constituting the innermost layer of the multilayered tube for transporting liquid chemicals.

A charging member, including: a conductive support; and a conductive body mounted on the conductive support, in which the conductive body includes an elastic layer located on the conductive support, a resin layer located on the elastic layer, and a coating layer located on the resin layer to form an outermost surface of the conductive body, and the coating layer contains a polysiloxane compound having a molecular structure that includes an Si—O—Zr bond.

A glueless dustless composite flooring material system providing PVC-based flooring having layers providing different qualities of hardness, wear-resistance, sound deadening, and decorative patterns, avoiding the use of moisture-susceptible compressed dust filler, with layers fused together, avoiding the manufacturing complexity and delamination risks of using glue or adhesive, with a quickly-cured, UV-cured top coating providing long-lasting high performance and shortening and simplifying the manufacturing, which can be done in a sheet-form, essentially continuous-run manner, with an ability to quickly and simply change the optional design printing and texturing produced, and having an optional underlayment layer.
Formable light weight composite material systems and methods
The present invention relates to filled polymeric materials including a polymer and a mass of metallic fibers distributed within the polymer, and to light weight composites which comprise at least a pair of metallic layers and a polymeric layer interposed between the pair of metallic layers, the polymeric layer containing the filled polymeric material. The composite materials of the present invention may be formed using conventional stamping equipment at ambient temperatures. Composite materials of the present invention may also be capable of being welded to other metal materials using a resistance welding process such as resistance spot welding. Preferred composite materials include one or any combination of the following features: metallic fibers that are ribbon fibers; a polymer selected from a polyolefin, a polyamide, or a combination thereof; or a metallic layer (e.g., one or both of the pair of metallic layers) having a surface facing the filled polymeric material that is untreated.

A thermoplastic composition includes a thermoplastic polymer and a polyaryletherketone polymer in admixture with the thermoplastic polymer.
