PRESSURE-SENSITIVE ADHESIVE SHEET
Provided is a PSA sheet with which good air release properties can be obtained while whose quality can be further enhanced. This invention provides a PSA sheet comprising a substrate film and a PSA layer provided to at least one face of the substrate film. The PSA sheet further comprises a coating layer partially covering the PSA layer surface. The PSA sheet's adhesive is formed of the PSA layer and the coating layer. The coating layer has a linearly extending part running from one edge to another edge of the adhesive face. The linearly extending part has a first face forming the PSA sheet's adhesive face and a second face located on the PSA layer side relative to the first face. The second face of the linearly extending part forms an overall gently curved line in a cross section perpendicularly intersecting the length direction of the linearly extending part.
Method for making fire-resistant foam insulation panels
A continuous process for preparing insulation panels having thick (0.2 mm to 1 mm) metal facing panels and a fiber-reinforced polymer foam core is disclosed. In the process, a bottom metal facing panel (2) is continuously supplied. A mat (10) of reinforcing fibers and a foamable resin composition (19) are applied to the bottom facing panel. A flexible barrier layer (5) is applied atop the foamable resin composition, and the assembly is passed through nip rolls (12,13) to compress the assembly and force the resin composition into the fiber mat. An adhesive layer (4) and top metallic facing layer (1) are then applied on top of the flexible barrier layer, and the resulting assembly is gauged and cured by passing it through a double band laminator (11).

Pigment Red 254, C.I. Pigment Red 122, C.I. Pigment Red 176 and mixed crystals thereof; a yellow aqueous inkjet ink containing a pigment C.I Pigment Yellow 150 or a mixed crystal thereof; and a black aqueous inkjet ink containing a carbon black pigment, wherein the aqueous inkjet inks contain a surfactant. An inkjet printing method for manufacturing decorative panels is also disclosed.
TOOL FOR PRESSING FOAMED MATERIAL ONTO SUBSTRATE, AND APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING LAMINATED STRUCTURE OF HEAT-RETAINING CONTAINER USING THE SAME
A tool for pressing a foamed material onto a substrate, a manufacturing apparatus thereof, and a method for manufacturing a laminated structure of a heat-retaining container are disclosed. The tool comprises a body, a blade portion extending in a lengthwise direction from the body, and a press portion extending in the lengthwise direction from the body and configured for pressing the foamed material onto the substrate. The tool may be used to press a foamed material sheet onto a paper substrate and form a tear line on the foamed material sheet at the same time to simplify the manufacturing process of the laminated structure of a heat-retaining container.
PAPER CONTAINER PACKAGE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFOR
A paper container package is provided, including: a paper layer; two plastic layers disposed on two sides of the paper layer; wherein the two plastic layers and the paper layer define at least one window which is light-penetrable in a thickness direction of the paper layer. A method for manufacturing a paper container package is provided, including steps of: preparing a paper material; partially hollowing out a part of the paper material; disposing a plastic coating on an inner side of the paper material; disposing a plastic layer on an outer side of the paper material, to form a package material; cutting the package material to form at least one paper container package; wherein the part of the paper material which is partially hollowed out, the plastic layer and the plastic coating at least partially overlap in a thickness direction of the package material.
SYNTHETIC LEATHER ARTICLE AND METHOD FOR PREPARING SAME
A synthetic leather article comprising a top coating derived from an internally emulsified PUD, a barrier layer derived from an externally emulsified PUD and a 2K non-solvent PU foam layer is provided. The leather article exhibits high delamination resistance while retaining superior mechanical properties and appearance comparable with those derived from the organic solvent-based PU. A method for preparing the synthetic leather article is also provided.
Adhesive Foam Fishing Equipment Storage Pad
Removable traction mat wherein a foam is reinforced with a layer of fabric, fiber, or reinforced adhesive between a CLCC foam layer and the substrate or underlying surface. The layering is preferably a first foam layer and a fabric layer impregnated with a pressure sensitive adhesive. This prevents the CLCC foam from being bonded directly to the substrate and allows the fabric/fiber to support the CLCC foam such that the entire assembly can be removed in one piece without the CLCC foam disintegrating. The traction mat includes at least one slit to allow a user to secure a piece of fishing within the traction mat such that the user may easily and readily access such piece of fishing equipment. The location of the slits may be within a groove or near an identifying marker such as a colorful line.
ROOFING INSULATION STRUCTURE AND ROOF INSULATION SYSTEM
It is described herein a roofing insulation structure. The roofing insulation structure may comprise a first exterior surface and a second exterior surface opposite the first exterior surface. The first exterior surface may comprise a channeled profile having a plurality of channels. Each channel of the plurality of channels may have a depth of at least 1 mm, a width of at least 0.15 mm, and a ratio of depth to width in a range of between 1.01:1 and 7:1. It is also described herein a roofing insulation system comprising a plurality of the roofing insulation structures. It is also disclosed herein a method of manufacturing the roofing insulation structures. It is also disclosed herein a method of installing the roofing insulation system.
Method of producing a fibrous product and a fibrous product
The present invention relates to multi-layer fiber products and a method of manufacturing these kinds of products. The present product comprises a first layer consists mainly of natural fibers and a second, heat-sealing layer located on top of the first layer. The heat-sealing layer consists mainly of synthetic thermoplastic fibers or particles. According to the present method, the heat-sealing layer is brought onto the first layer already during the web forming process, the first and the second layers being formed and joined together in a foam forming process. With the present invention, it is possible to decrease the amount of plastic materials in packaging materials having heat-sealing properties.
