CODE-SHIELD LABEL
A label including a first strip including a first end and a second end opposite the first end. The first strip includes an opaque material. The first strip further includes a first area proximate the first end. The first area includes a first length along a longitudinal axis common to the first strip. The label also includes a second strip including a third end and a fourth end opposite the third end, wherein the second strip includes a transparent material. The second strip is laminated over the first strip such that the third end is disposed outside the first area. The fourth end extends beyond the second end a distance at least equal to the first length.
Plasma Generator for Secondary Battery and Lamination System Comprising the Same
A plasma generator for a secondary battery includes a transfer roller for transferring a separator and a plasma generation part configured to form an adhesive surface having adhesive force on a portion of a surface of the separator transferred by the transfer roller and a non-adhesive surface having no adhesive force on a remaining portion. The plasma generation part includes a metal member embedded in the transfer roller, a plasma generation member configured to be spaced apart from the transfer roller and to react with the metal member to generate plasma and thereby to-form the adhesive surface, and a blocking member on an outer circumferential surface of the transfer roller configured to block the reaction between the metal and plasma generation members and thereby form the non-adhesive surface having no adhesive force on the remaining portion of the surface of the separator.
SHEET LAMINATOR, IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS, AND SHEET LAMINATING METHOD
A sheet laminator laminates a two-ply sheet and a sheet-shaped medium inserted in the two-ply sheet. The sheet laminator includes a sheet feeder, a multi-feeding detector, a fixing device, an ejection device, a purging portion, a passage switcher, and circuitry. The sheet feeder feeds the two-ply sheet. The multi-feeding detector detects multiple feeding of the two-ply sheet. The fixing device fixes the two-ply sheet by application of heat and pressure. The ejection device ejects the two-ply sheet that has been fixed by the fixing device. The purging portion is disposed at a position different from the ejection device. The passage switcher switches a conveyance passage of the two-ply sheet to the fixing device or to the purging portion. The circuitry conveys the two-ply sheet to the purging portion and retries sheet feeding with another two-ply sheet, in response to detection of multiple feeding of the two-ply sheet.
METHODS AND APPARATUSES FOR ASSEMBLING ELASTIC LAMINATES WITH A ROTATING ROLL AND REMOVABLE LAYER
A system for ultrasonic bonding of elastic includes a rotating roll. The rotating roll has an exterior surface. A removable shell layer is attached to the external surface. The removable shell layer includes one or more patterned segments. The patterned segments include a shell channels formed through the removable shell layer to form a pattern.
AUXILIARY MARKING TAPE LAYING VEHICLE FOR LASER SCANNING OF THE MORPHOLOGY OF LONG-SPAN BRIDGE
Disclosed in the present invention is an auxiliary marking tape laying vehicle for laser scanning of the morphology of a long-span bridge, the laying vehicle comprising a laying portion, a guiding portion and a power transmission portion, wherein the laying portion is fixed on the top of the laying vehicle, a roller is provided on the top of the laying portion, the guiding portion is provided at the bottom of the laying vehicle, the power transmission portion is fixed outside the laying vehicle, a scroll is provided above the guiding portion, the surface of the marking tape in contact with the bridge is a rubber magnetic layer, and the other surface of the marking tape is provided with bulged reflection angles, which are used as teeth to make one end of the marking tape be connected with the roller through the teeth, and to make the other end of the marking tape be connected with the scroll through the teeth. The marking tape is installed at the bottom of the beam of the long-span bridge, and a plurality of bulges formed by the reflection angles of the marking tape are used to provide more reflection surfaces for the laser, to reduce the reflection angle, to improve the reflection effect, and then to improve the efficiency and accuracy of a three-dimensional laser scanner.
FILM-STICKING BOX AND FILM-STICKING ASSEMBLY
A film-sticking box configured to attach a protective film to an electronic device is provided. The film-sticking box includes a main body and an inner casing. The inner casing accommodates the electronic device. A first opening and a second opening are respectively defined at two opposite ends of the main body. The first opening is configured to pass the protective film therethrough. The inner casing slides in or out via the second opening. When in use, the protective film will take away the dust on the surface of the electronic device to be filmed during pulling, and the user will not pull the drawing film and the inner casing via the same opening to cause dust residue, which can simplify the structure and operation steps to improve user experience.
TEAR AND HEAT RESISTANT FOAM FOR PACKAGING, PROTECTIVE PACKAGING BAGS AND RELATED METHODS
Tear and heat resistant foams used in packaging, protective packaging bags and related methods are provided. The tear and heat resistant foam can include a nonwoven substrate, a polyethylene film, and a base layer of polyethylene foam joined together by applying at least one of heat or heat and pressure to the top nonwoven substrate, the polyethylene film and the polyethylene foam to heat the first surface of the top nonwoven substrate to a temperature that is above the melting point of polyethylene film but below the melting point of top nonwoven substrate. The temperature of the polyethylene film rises causing the polyethylene film to melt and bind the top nonwoven substrate to the polyethylene foam to form the heat and tear resistant packaging foam.
FILM ATTACHING APPARATUS FOR ELECTRONIC DEVICE INCLUDING DISPLAY
The disclosure relates to a device (e.g., a jig) for attaching a protective film for protecting a display included in a foldable electronic device from impact and scratching. A film attaching apparatus for attaching a film to an electronic device is provided. The film attaching apparatus includes a display, wherein the film attaching apparatus may include a main body including a base plate, a jig disposed on a base plate and configured to seat the electronic device thereon, a film suction-fixing part inclined at a predetermined angle with respect to the jig, and a roller module disposed on the base plate and including a roller slidable above the jig, wherein the film suction-fixing part may include two or more divided suction areas which are sequentially arranged to correspond to a moving direction of the roller module and configured to have different suction forces.
JOINED BODY MANUFACTURING APPARATUS
A roll conveying unit of a joined body manufacturing apparatus includes a rotating unit and a suction unit. The outer peripheral surface of the rotating unit includes a contact suction portion that makes contact with a first back surface. The rotating unit rotates while bringing the contact suction portion into contact with the first back surface. The suction unit suctions the second layer from the contact suction portion through pores of the first layer, to thereby form a suctioned portion attracted to the contact suction portion under suction, in a laminated body of the first layer and the second layer. The peeling unit peels the coating film from the second back surface of the suctioned portion of the film-attached joined body.
