Method for coating gum of self-adhesive mat with spaced-apart gum
11485125 · 2022-11-01 · ·

The present invention discloses a method for coating gum of self-adhesive mat with spaced-apart gum, using a mat body, gum layers being spaced apart on a bottom surface of the mat body, including the following steps of: weighing raw materials of components in a determined proportion, stirring uniformly by a stirrer that supplies hot air for dehumidification, conveying the mixture to an extruder through a screw, thermally melting by the screw extruder, extruding from rectangular discharge ports formed at intervals on the extruder and vertically falling onto an upper roller (the roller surface is a smooth surface) of a rolling and combining device, passing a mat body from an unwinding device to a lower roller of the rolling and combining device, rolling the mat body by adjusting a gap between the upper and lower rollers by a lead screw, forming self-adhesive gum layers, which are spaced apart from each other, on the back of the mat body. The gum using hydrogenated styrene-butadiene block copolymer (SEBS) as a main raw material coating on the bottom surface. According to the present invention, the gum is able to adequately adsorb the mat onto the floor due to its good flexibility, and allow the mat to move without affecting the adsorption effect due to its good detachability. Meanwhile, the mat is non-toxic and environmentally friendly, can be washed repeatedly without affecting its self-adhesive adsorption effect and can be reused. It is of great significance for the development of mats.

Partition wall for formation of lipid bilayer membrane, and method for producing same

Disclosed are a separator for lipid bilayer membrane formation capable of forming a lipid bilayer membrane with excellent properties, wherein the separator for lipid bilayer membrane formation has sufficient mechanical strength and can be easily manufactured in a large scale by using a general-purpose machine without need of using an expensive machine, and a method of producing the separator. The separator for lipid bilayer membrane formation includes a thin film having one or more through holes and made of a resin capable of being wet-etched, and reinforcing layers covering both surfaces of the thin film and made of a resin capable of being wet-etched. The reinforcing layers cover the whole area of the thin film, except for the through holes and the peripheries thereof, and each through hole has a tapered cross-sectional shape.

The first strip further includes a first area proximate the first end. The first area includes a first length along a longitudinal axis common to the first strip. The label also includes a second strip including a third end and a fourth end opposite the third end, wherein the second strip includes a transparent material. The second strip is laminated over the first strip such that the third end is disposed outside the first area. The fourth end extends beyond the second end a distance at least equal to the first length.

Paper label with polymer film reinforcement and method of manufacture

A method for manufacturing a roll of stock material for making a label having a shelf portion with pressure sensitive adhesive and a bib portion with deadened adhesive is provided. The shelf portion includes a layer of polymer. A continuous layer of paper is bonded to a continuous layer of polymer with applied strips of catalyzed adhesive from a roller. Unbonded strips of polymer are kiss-cut and removed to expose the paper between bonded strips of polymer. A continuous layer of pressure sensitive adhesive is applied over the polymer and exposed paper. Strips of deadening agent are applied over the layer of pressure sensitive adhesive that overlays the exposed paper. The pressure sensitive adhesive and deadening agent are cured and a release layer is applied over them.

Waterproof corrugated paper, manufacturing method thereof, manufacturing apparatus thereof, and usage thereof

A waterproof corrugated paper includes at least one stone paper medium and at least one stone liner paper, wherein the at least one stone paper medium includes a first fluting surface. A stone glue is utilized to adhere the at least one stone liner paper and several wave crests of the first fluting surface. The stone glue includes a linear polyolefin plastic material and an inorganic material. The linear polyolefin plastic material is 30 wt %-70 wt % based on the stone glue, and the inorganic material is 30 wt %-70 wt % based on the stone glue. The waterproof corrugated paper provided by the present invention is waterproof and frost-resistant, which is adapted to package cooled or frozen food. A manufacturing method, a manufacturing apparatus, and a usage of the waterproof corrugated paper are also provided in the present invention.

System for joining ends of rubber strips to supply an extruder

A system (10) for butt-joining two or more rubber strips (B1, B2) selected in accordance with a predetermined rubber mixture recipe in order to feed at least one extruder with a complex strip of rubber material (B.sub.12) made from the butt joined rubber strips is disclosed. The system includes at least one conveyor that transports the rubber strips from an inlet (12) of the system to an outlet (14) of the butt-joining system; a frame (18) that operationally supports the conveyor to allow the continuous transport of the rubber strips and also to allow the simultaneous butt-joining of the rubber strips fed to the system; and a roller system (20) that butt-joins the rubber strips without penetration. The invention also relates to a process for butt-joining rubber strips that is performed by the system.
