Provided is a multiple woven gauze fabric capable of controlling the degree of wrinkling according to use. A double woven gauze fabric is formed by stacking a front surface gauze structure A and a back surface gauze structure B. The front surface gauze structure A and the back surface gauze structure B are formed, and the front surface gauze structure A and the back surface gauze structure B are joined, as appropriate. The front surface gauze structure A is composed of a non-twist yarn, and the back surface gauze structure B is composed of a hollow yarn. That is, a gauze structure composed only of twisted yarn (solid yarn) is not included. The degree of wrinkling is controlled by considering the hollow rate of the hollow yarn.

A garment includes a first material layer including a first surface, a second material layer laminated to the first material layer, where the second material layer includes a second surface, and a laminate material disposed in a non-continuous manner between the first and second surfaces of the first and second material layers. An amount of laminate material disposed between the first and second material layers varies at different zones defined along the first surface of the first material layer. The laminate material can be applied via a dot lamination process so as to form an array of laminate dots that varies by one or more of spacing between laminate dots, dimensions of laminate dots and shapes of laminate dots at the different zones.

MOP CLEANING CLOTH AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SAME
20200077864 · 2020-03-12 ·

The present invention provides a mop cleaning cloth and a method for manufacturing the same. The mop cleaning cloth comprises, sequentially from bottom to top, a base cloth layer, a water-absorption layer and a dirt removal layer. The dirt removal layer is formed by high terry fabrics and low terry fabrics. The ratio of the terry height of the high terry fabrics to the terry height of the low terry fabrics is 1.1-5:1. The high terry fabrics have a terry height of 2-20 mm and low terry fabrics have a terry height of 1-10 mm. The water-absorption layer is formed by a water-absorption fabric made from water-absorption fibers. The base cloth layer is formed by a terry fabric. The manufacturing method is simple, and the mop cleaning cloth is easy to manufacture and has the advantages of being small in resistance, high in water absorptivity and dirt collection and removal capacity, and the like.

Method for making a shaped nonwoven

A method for making nonwoven fabric. The nonwoven fabric can include three-dimensional features that define a microzone comprising a first region and a second region. The first and second regions can have a difference in values for an intensive property. The nonwoven further has a plurality of apertures, wherein at least a portion of the aperture abuts at least one of the first region and the second region of the microzone.

Label with adhesive and silicone-free release coating

A label having a silicone-free (water-based) release coating and compatible adhesive patch is provided. The label includes a thermally coated substrate having a silicone-free substrate overlaid thereon of a first surface. A second surface includes a microsphere adhesive layer.

Absorbent articles including improved elastic panels

An absorbent article includes a first waist region, a second waist region, and a crotch region disposed between the first and second waist regions; and a chassis having a topsheet, a backsheet, and an absorbent core positioned between the topsheet and the backsheet. The article also includes a side panel having an ultrasonically bonded, gathered laminate. The laminate has an elastomeric layer and a substrate and is joined to the chassis at a chassis attachment bond and positioned in one of the first or second waist regions. The ultrasonically bonded, gathered laminate also includes an ear structural feature comprising a surface modification to the substrate and comprising at least one of the following: embossing, apertures, perforations, slits, melted material or coatings, compressed material, secondary bonds that are disposed apart from a chassis attachment bond, plastic deformation, and folds.

Process for making a spunmelt nonwoven batt or web from recycled polypropylene

A process for making a spunmelt nonwoven web including the steps of providing a mixture of recycled polypropylene, extruding the recycled polypropylene mixture to form a molten recycled polypropylene mixture, filtering the molten recycled polypropylene mixture through a filter to form recycled polypropylene filtrate, dosing the recycled polypropylene filtrate into the spunmelt production line by an amount of 80% to 100% by weight, passing the recycled polypropylene filtrate through at least one spinneret of the spunmelt production line to form filaments at a spinning speed of greater than 1200 meters per minute, cooling and drawing the filaments, and depositing the filaments on a moving belt to form at least one layer of the spunmelt nonwoven web made up of 80% by 100% by weight of recycled polypropylene fibers.

Adhesive articles permitting damage free removal

The present disclosure provides adhesive articles that can be removed from surfaces without damage by having reduced or eliminated contribution of a core backing to peel force generated by the adhesive during removal. In some instances, this can be accomplished by a core that loses structural integrity in a direction normal to a plane defined by a major surface. In other instances, the contribution is reduced by compromising the interface between the core and a peelable adhesive layer.
