Coated scrim reinforced thermoplastic olefin roofing membrane
A scrim reinforced roofing membrane comprising a coated scrim layer having a first side and a second side and a first TPO layer on the first side of the coated scrim layer. The coated scrim layer contains a scrim fabric which contains a plurality of warp yarns in a first direction and a plurality of weft yarns in a second direction approximately perpendicular to the first direction. The warp yarns cross the weft yarns at crossing points. The scrim fabric has a polyvinyl acetate coating which is located along the length of the warp yarns and the weft yarns and between the warp and weft yarns at the crossing points. The coated scrim is at least partially embedded in the first TPO layer.

A panel that includes at least a substrate of thermoplastic material and a top layer with a printed decor and a translucent or transparent wear layer. The substrate substantially consists of three layers, including a lowermost layer, a central layer and an uppermost layer, all made from thermoplastic material. Additionally, the thermoplastic material of the lower most layer and the uppermost layer is more rigid than the thermoplastic material of the central layer.

A composite wall panel for use in vehicles having a floor structure and a front wall, the composite wall panel including a first polymer resin layer having a plurality of unidirectional fibers embedded therein that are substantially parallel to a first axis, and a second polymer resin layer having a plurality of unidirectional fibers embedded therein that are substantially parallel to a second axis, the second polymer resin layer being bonded to the first polymer resin layer so that the second axis is substantially perpendicular to the first axis. The composite wall panel is disposed so that the first axis is substantially parallel to the floor structure, and the rigidity of the composite wall panel is greater along the first axis than the second axis.

The invention is distinguished in that, in the case of at least two outlet openings (6), which are arranged as closest neighbors in and/or transversely in relation to the production direction (15), the main axes (23) of the outlet openings (6) enclose an angle greater than 0 and/or the connecting line (25) of the focal points (24) of the areas of the outlet openings (6) enclose an angle greater than 0 on the perpendicular in relation to the production direction (15).

Some embodiments provide a core member for a composite panel that includes a hollow cell network structure, such as a honeycomb arrangement for example, and reinforced plastic strips positioned on a portion of the continuous honeycomb structure. The punch comprises a part forming a pressure table with a cross-section width less than or equal to the width of the stiffener bottom flange and a heating element with width less than the width of the pressure table. The anvil comprises a cooling component and has a cross-section width smaller than the width of the skin. A method for implementing the device.
