DECORATIVE ARTICLE MANUFACTURING METHOD, AND DECORATIVE ARTICLE
A decorative article includes a base and a decorative portion. The base includes a grained surface formed in a grained manner. The decorative portion includes at least a protective layer, a metal layer, and an adhesive layer. The decorative portion is bonded to at least a part of the grained surface of the base by the adhesive layer.
BONDING WOOD OR OTHER PLANT PRODUCTS USING ULTRASOUND ENERGY
A filler material is applied to a plurality of wood elements. The plurality of wood elements is bonded into a composite wood product, where the bonding includes delivering ultrasound energy to the plurality of wood elements. The ultrasound energy has a frequency within a frequency range of 10 kHz-20 MHz.
High toughness inorganic composite artificial stone panel and preparation method thereof
A high toughness inorganic composite artificial stone panel and preparation method are disclosed. The panel includes a surface layer, an intermediate metal fiber toughening layer and a substrate toughening layer. The surface layer includes the following components: 40-70 parts of quartz sand, 10-30 parts of quartz powder, 20-45 parts of inorganic active powder, 0.5-4 parts of pigment, 0.3-1 part of water reducer and 3-10 parts of water. The intermediate metal fiber toughening layer includes the following components: 40-60 parts of inorganic active powder, 45-65 parts of sand, 0.8-1.5 parts of water reducer, 6-14 parts of water and 4-8 parts of metal fiber. The substrate toughening layer includes the following components: 30-50 parts of inorganic active powder, 30-55 parts of quartz sand, 15-20 parts of quartz powder, 0.5-1.2 parts of water reducer, 4-8 parts of water and 0.8-2.5 parts of toughening agent.
Roof cover board derived from engineered recycled content
Disclosed herein is a method of manufacturing an improved cover board product with a panel. In some embodiments, the method includes preparing fragments into an assembly; mixing the fragments and an adhesive into a blended core furnish; applying the adhesive to a top side of a bottom layer fabric in the assembly; forming a core mat of the blended core furnish on top of the adhesive; applying the adhesive to a top side of the core mat; applying a surface layer fabric on the top side of the adhesive; pressing the assembly; and cutting and trimming the assembly to form panels.

TUBULAR IMPLEMENT AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING A TUBULAR IMPLEMENT
A tubular implement, such as a container, in particular a container (pipe for transport) for food or beverages such as a drinking straw, includes a first part having a sheet of wood veneer rolled to form the tubular implement in the form of a cylinder.
ASYNCHRONOUS SPATIAL LBT
Improvements to asynchronous spatial listen before talk (LBT) procedures are disclosed. In a shared spectrum network spatial LBT procedures are used for directionally targeting the channel reservation process. Prior to transmitting channel reservation signaling, the transmitter and receiver determine an effective interference considering available multiple input, multiple output (MIMO) configuration information. When the effective interference exceeds a predefined threshold, the node may without transmission of its channel reservation signal. Otherwise, when the effective interference remains within the threshold, each node's transmitted channel reservation signal may also identify at least a beamforming matrix either as payload or used to precode the node's channel reservation signal.
ROOF COVER BOARD DERIVED FROM ENGINEERED RECYCLED CONTENT
Disclosed herein is an improved cover board product with a panel comprising a top surface layer comprised of paper or a fiberglass web; a bottom surface layer comprised of paper, a fiberglass web, nylon film, polyester film, polypropene film, or textiles; and a core layer comprised of paper and thermoplastic fragments connected by a thermoplastic bonding resin. The thermoplastic bonding resin is in a random pattern to less than 100% of the paper and thermoplastic fragment surface area.
Anisotropic conductive film (ACF) structure and hot-pressing method and hot-pressing assembly thereof
An anisotropic conductive film (ACF) structure and a hot-pressing method and a hot-pressing assembly thereof are provided. The ACF structure includes an ACF and a copper/gold foil surface layer as a substrate. The ACF structure is hot-pressed by a hot-pressing method, which includes the following steps: allowing, when the ACF is in a molten state, the copper/gold foil surface layer and a bonded part to be conductive respectively to generate a magnetic field around to enhance the attraction of the copper/gold foil surface layer and the bonded part to conductive particles inside the ACF; and applying, when the ACF is in a curing stage, a closed circuit to ends of the copper/gold foil surface layer and the bonded part to perform real-time detection on the ACF to ensure the effectiveness of the hot pressing.
