10118373 · 2018-11-06 ·

A device for preparation of double fabric for down products comprises a printing means that can print an adhesive in a predetermined printing pattern on fabric; a drying means that can dry or fix the adhesive; a laminating means that can stack and laminate the fabrics on which an adhesive is printed; and a bonding means that can bond the fabrics with a cured adhesive by pressing with a predetermined pressing means and high-frequency heating to cure the adhesive; wherein said printing pattern and the pressing pattern are the same in pattern (shape), can be overlapped on the basis of the center line and have a difference in size (width) of 20% or less. Consequently, double fabric for down products thus manufactured has an excellent adhesiveness and durability and an aesthetically excellent pattern line with good clearness and finishing quality.

A compact pressing body with a pressing surface smaller in area than a welding range welds together sheet-like members over the whole area of the welding range by pressing the sheet-like members being reliably moved in a direction substantially orthogonal to a pressing direction of the pressing body.

Bonding Apparatus

A bonding apparatus for bonding a flexible member to a curved member in the atmosphere while preventing air bubbles from entering between the members includes a bonding stage for holding a first member with an inside surface facing up, a flexible carrier sheet for holding a second member with a bonding surface facing the inside surface of the first member, and a moveable bonding roller disposed above the carrier sheet. A control portion causes the bonding roller to move down so that the carrier sheet is depressed into a V-like shape, whereby a portion of the second member is bonded to the first member preceding the remaining portion of the second member, and thereafter, the bonding roller is caused to move along the curved shape of the first member to bond the remaining portion of the second member to the first member.

A method for welding profiled elements in plastic material, includes the steps of: preparing two profiled elements, arranged with respective zones to be facing one another; making a groove in correspondence to at least one zone, by a removal operation on a peripheral edge of at least one profiled element; heating the zones to be welded; coupling the zones to be welded to one another, pressing the profiled elements one against the other so as to keep the zones to be welded in reciprocal contact. The coupling step includes: melting the zones to be welded into one another in order to define a welding bead; making a containing compartment defined by the groove, the welding bead being made internally of the containing compartment; and arranging a containing presser in correspondence to the containing compartment for preventing exit of the welding bead from the compartment itself.
