The invention relates to a method of making an insulation product and a novel insulation product, wherein the insulation product is made by adhering a facing to at least one major surface of a batt of man-made vitreous fibres in a matrix comprising a binder by the use of an adhesive and curing the adhesive. The adhesive is an aqueous composition which comprises a component (i) in form of one or more oxidized lignins; a component (ii) in form of one or more cross-linkers; a component (iii) in form of one or more plasticizers.

A method and a mineral wool product include a multiple of lamellae, such as a sandwich panel core. The product includes a plurality of lamellae cut from a mineral wool web, and bonded together by applying an adhesive on the surfaces of two adjacent lamellae to form a web-like product, wherein the adhesive comprises at least one hydrocolloid.

A method is for manufacturing a laminated steel sheet comprising laminated a predetermined number of thin steel sheets formed by punching a belt-shaped thin steel sheet into a predetermined shape. This method includes the following steps 1 to 3: step 1: a step of sequentially punching the thin steel sheet into a predetermined shape with a metallic die; step 2: a step of applying a curable composition to a predetermined portion of the thin steel sheet; and step 3: a step of irradiating the curable composition with energy rays.
