Touch display device and method of fabricating same
The present disclosure provides a touch display device including a display panel, a touch panel, and a cover plate. The side of the touch panel adjacent to the display panel is provided with a recess and a surrounding portion surrounding the recess. By vacuuming the gap formed between the display panel and the touch panel, a portion of the touch panel is recessed into the gap, which reduces the space occupied by the gap, eliminates the sense of space, enhances waterproof and dustproof effects and elevates stability.
Floor or wall panel
The invention relates to a panel, in particular a floor panel or a wall panel configured for forming a floor or wall covering, the panel comprising at least one core layer, the core layer comprising at least one pair of opposite side edges which are provided with complementary coupling parts configured for interconnecting adjacent panels, the core layer comprising an upper core surface and a bottom core surface, and at least one ceramic tile, the ceramic tile comprising an upper surface and a bottom surface and the panel further comprising at least one further layer.
Method of Coating a Three-Dimensional Fabric and the Inflatable Product Made Thereof
A method of coating a three-dimensional fabric has the steps of: preparing a three-dimensional fabric having two fabric layers and a plurality of vertical yarns connected between the two fabric layers; guiding the three-dimensional fabric with the two fabric layers vertically in the horizontal plane to an coating space, when the three-dimensional fabric moves in the coating space, a tension on the surface of the two fabric layers is between 5 and 25 kilograms (kg); applying an adhesive to the surface of the two fabric layers, and the adhesive spreading vertically and fluidly; and providing a reaction condition such that the adhesive dries into a film and forms a bonding layer.
METHOD OF MANUFACTURING A FOOTWEAR
A method of manufacturing a footwear includes the steps of providing a leather base layer and providing a leather attachment layer. The leather base layer and the leather attachment layer are fixed against each other with an intermediate application of adhesive between them. The applied adhesive is activated. The leather base layer and the leather attachment layer are forced against each other under a pressure with the adhesive between them. The adhesive is cured and thereby the leather base layer and the leather attachment layer are bonded to each other. The bonded leather base layer and the leather attachment layer are integrated as part of the footwear.
DISPLAY DEVICE
A display device includes a display panel; a supporter disposed on a surface of the display panel; and an adhesive layer disposed between the supporter and the display panel, wherein the supporter includes metal layers spaced apart from each other; and a cushion layer surrounding the metal layers, the adhesive layer includes a first area overlapping the metal layers in a vertical direction to the display panel; and a second area not overlapping the metal layers in the vertical direction to the display panel, and a modulus of the second area of the adhesive layer is larger than a modulus of the first area of the adhesive layer.
Film for medicine packaging and method of preparing the same
The present invention discloses a film for a medicine packaging and a method of preparing the same. The film for the medicine packaging includes a polymer film layer, a graphene composite layer and a light-curable adhesive, wherein the polymer film layer is bonded with a graphene composite layer by a light-curable adhesive, the graphene composite layer includes multiple graphene layers bonded by the light-curable adhesive; and the light-curable adhesive includes a hyperbranched cationic mussel-imitated polymer including a multi-hydroxylbenzoylbenzamide ene amide monomer, a cationic monomer and a photo-responsive monomer. The present invention provides strong adhesion with reduced adhesive layer, allowing greatly increasing the number of the graphene layers in the graphene composite layer without obvious increase in the total thickness and mass. This can meet the requirements of the medicine packaging material, as it obviously lowers the film's permeation to water vapor and oxygen and significantly enhances the tensile strength.
METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR ADHESIVE BONDING OF SUBSTRATES
A method for the adhesive bonding of substrates by applying a layer of adhesive (1) on a first substrate and/or on a second substrate; and positioning the first substrate on the second substrate, with the applied layer of adhesive (1) arranged therebetween. Before positioning the first substrate on the second substrate, the method proceeds by applying radiation-based curing means (13) to the layer of adhesive (1) to selectively and partially cure the layer of adhesive (1).
Fiber reinforced metal composite and application thereof
In one aspect, the present invention provides a fiber reinforced metal composite comprising a metal layer and a fiber layer which are arranged in a stack, and adjacent layers are fixed by bonding; the composite has a two-layered or three-layered structure, wherein one layer is closely adhered to another layer and the thickness of the layer is from 0.6 mm˜0.9 mm. Such structure changes the structure of the existing fiber metal composite characterized by generally having more than three layers, and greatly reduces the thickness of the composite while maintaining good mechanical properties. In another aspect, the present invention discloses an application of fiber reinforced metal composite in the field of luggage case manufacturing, provides two preparation methods for providing fiber reinforced metal case shell with simple and available operations.
FILTER MEDIA AND SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURE THEREOF
A system and method for laminating filter media can include applying an adhesive to a layer of the filter media and curing the adhesive. A multilayer filter assembly can include a first and a second layer laminated together using an inorganic adhesive.
HEAT EXCHANGER
A heat exchanger includes an outer packaging member. The outer packaging member is configured to allow a heat transfer medium flowed to an inside of the outer packaging member from a heat transfer medium inlet to pass through the inside and flow out from a heat transfer medium outlet. The outer packaging member is made of outer packaging laminate materials each including a metal heat transfer layer and a resin thermal fusion layer provided on one surface of the heat transfer layer. The outer packaging laminate materials are superimposed one on the other. The thermal fusion layers are integrally bonded along peripheral edge portions of the outer packaging laminate materials. The heat transfer layer and the thermal fusion layer of the outer packaging laminate material are laminated via an inner adhesive agent layer made of an acid-modified polyolefin-based adhesive agent containing an acid-modified polyolefin-based resin.
