Lamination apparatus and method of manufacturing display device using the same
A lamination apparatus including a first stage including a first body portion and an accommodation portion disposed on a bottom surface of the first body portion, a second stage disposed to face the first stage, and a jig device disposed between the first stage and the second stage, the jig device including a second body portion and at least one jig portion, in which the at least one jig portion has one end fastened to the second body portion and the other end having a rounded shape.
Insulation product with inward curling closure flap
A pipe insulation product including a core of insulating material and a laminate surrounding the core and bonded to the core. The core may include an outer surface; an inner surface; and a wall extending between the outer and inner surfaces. The laminate may include a foil or metallized polymeric film sheet, a scrim, a porous media sheet, and a polymeric film sheet bonded together via an adhesive. The laminate may include a closure flap that is configured to adhesively seal opposite ends of the laminate together to form a cylindrical tube with the core enclosed therein. The closure flap may be configured to include a curl that provides a greater closure flap adhesive seal.
Method for producing a cladding part for vehicles
A method for producing a cladding part for vehicles with a cladding part body that forms a cladding in the mounted state. A sandwich panel is formed and extends two-dimensionally in a plane with at least one transparent thermoplastic upper layer, a prefabricated, postprocessing-free intermediate layer, and a thermoplastic base layer. The at least three-layered sandwich plate is subsequently three-dimensionally formed under the influence of heat into a sandwich element forming the cladding part body.
GLASS ARTICLE INCLUDING FLEXIBLE MID-FRAME FOR JOINING A BENT GLASS SHEET TO A RIGID FRAME
Disclosed is a method of forming a glass article. In the method, a mid-frame is adhered to a glass sheet in a flat configuration. The glass sheet has a first major surface and a second major surface opposite to the first major surface. The mid-frame is adhered to the second major surface of the glass sheet. The glass sheet and mid-frame are bent over a forming surface of a chuck so that the glass sheet is in a curved configuration. The forming surface includes a first radius of curvature of 20 mm or more, and the first major surface of the glass sheet conforms to the forming surface. A frame is attached to the mid-frame, and the frame holds the glass sheet in the curved configuration.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR MANUFACTURING DISPLAY DEVICE
A method of manufacturing a display device includes: preparing a cover window including a bent part on a side surface thereof, and a guide film including a surface on which a display panel and an adhesive layer are arranged; arranging the cover window and the guide film in a face-to-face manner such that the adhesive layer faces the cover window; seating the guide film onto a seating pad of a first jig; pre-forming the display panel by bringing opposite ends of the guide film into close contact with opposite side surfaces of the seating pad using a pair of push members; and joining the display panel with the cover window by bringing the adhesive layer into contact with the cover window.
DISPLAY DEVICE AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME
A display device and a method of manufacturing the display device are provided. The method includes disposing a display panel, including side areas, a front display area, and a sub-region, on a carrier film including first, second, and third release portions; removing the first release portion to expose the side areas; disposing a cover window above the display panel; attaching the front display area to the cover window by pressing the second release portion toward the cover window, and attaching the side areas to the cover window by pressing the side areas exposed by removing the first release portion toward the cover window; removing the second release portion and the third release portion to expose the front display area and the sub-region; and bending the display panel to attach a bottom portion of the sub-region to a bottom portion of the front display area.
MANUFACTURING METHOD OF ELECTRONIC DEVICE
An manufacturing method of an electronic device includes: providing a first substrate and a second substrate; attaching an adhesive member onto the first substrate; and performing a curve attaching step, so that the first substrate and the second substrate are attached to each other through the adhesive member to form a curved composite component, wherein the curve attaching step is performed at a temperature of 20 degrees Celsius to 160 degrees Celsius.
Method and apparatus for forming three-dimensional curved surface on laminated substrate, and three-dimensional curved laminated substrate
A method for forming a three-dimensional curved surface on a laminated substrate is provided. In the method, the laminated substrate is brought into close contact with an elastic sheet. Here, the laminated substrate comprises a support substrate and a conductive layer on the support substrate, and the support substrate comprises a resin substrate comprising a thermoplastic resin. The elastic sheet is deformed while the laminated substrate is in close contact with the elastic sheet. The laminated substrate is brought into close contact with a temperature-controlled mold to soften the resin substrate.
Laminating apparatus and method of fabricating display device using the same
A laminating apparatus and method of fabricating a display device are provided. According to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the laminating apparatus includes a first jig, which is configured to fix a window having curved surfaces, and a second jig, which includes a pressure pad facing the first jig. The pressure pad includes a top surface, which is convex toward the first jig, and depressed portions, which are inwardly depressed from side surfaces, respectively.
LAMINATING APPARATUS FOR CURVED SCREEN
A laminating apparatus for a curved screen including a base, an elastic component, a backing plate, and a flexible pressing mold, where the backing plate is arranged above the base, the elastic component is connected to the backing plate, the flexible pressing mold covers the backing plate, and a top of the flexible pressing mold is arranged as a curved surface adapted to a shape of a screen; and the base includes a main body and two side beams connected to two sides of the main body, the side beams are higher than the main body in a vertical direction, the side beams are provided with grooves and supporting parts extending along length directions of respective side beams, and two sides of the flexible pressing mold extend outward to cover the supporting parts and reach into the grooves.
