Display apparatus and method for manufacturing the same
A display apparatus includes: a flexible first layer including a bending area; an adhesive layer on an upper surface of the flexible first layer; and a second layer attached to the flexible first layer by the adhesive layer. A direction of internal stress at a first portion of the flexible first layer is different from a direction of internal stress at a second portion of the flexible first layer, when the flexible first layer is in a flat state.
Biaxially-stretchable barrier laminate fabric composite material and method of manufacture
A biaxially stretchable laminated fabric composite material includes a four-way stretchable fabric and a barrier film. The barrier film and the fabric are selectively attached at a plurality of individual bond points. When the fabric is in an unstretched state, random folds are formed in the unbonded regions of the barrier film. When the fabric is in a stretched state, the random folds are partially or fully flattened to allow the biaxially stretchable laminated fabric composite material to biaxially stretch.
System, method, and apparatus for magnetic surface coverings
The present invention pertains to the art of floor coverings, and, more particularly to an apparatus for use in securing floor covering units to an underlay and a method of manufacturing said floor covering units and said underlay. More particularly, the present invention relates to an apparatus, method, and method of manufacturing magnetized floor covering units and magnetized underlays for securing magnetized floor covering units.
LAMINATED BODY, METHOD FOR PRODUCING LAMINATED BODY, AND REARVIEW MIRROR FOR VEHICLE
A laminated body sequentially includes a substrate, an adhesive layer, and a multilayer film. The laminated body has characteristics of transmitting first polarized light and reflecting second polarized light having a polarization axis x that intersects a polarization axis y of the first polarized light. The multilayer film includes a plurality of first layers formed of a crystalline naphthalenedicarboxylic acid polyester and a plurality of second layers formed of a polymer other than the crystalline naphthalenedicarboxylic acid polyester, the first layers and the second layers being alternately stacked on top of each other. The first layers have a higher refractive index than the second layers on the polarization axis of the second polarized light, and the multilayer film has a thermal expansion coefficient of 80 [10.sup.6/K] or more at a temperature 3 C. higher than a glass transition point of the multilayer film in the polarization axis direction of the first polarized light.
Processing Apparatus For Secondary Battery Current Collector
The present disclosure relates to a processing apparatus for a secondary battery current collector. The processing apparatus includes: a foil uncoiling roller; a composite current collector uncoiling roller; a welding device; a plurality of driving rollers; and a coiling roller. Both the foil uncoiling roller and the composite current collector uncoiling roller are disposed on a feeding side of the welding device. The welding device is configured to weld foil to a portion of a composite current collector. The plurality of driving rollers is respectively disposed on a feeding side and a discharging side of the welding device, and has an equal line speed. The plurality of driving rollers is configured to drive the overlapped foil and the composite current collector to downstream. The coiling roller is configured to wind up the composite current collector having the foil welded thereon.
METHODS FOR MANUFACTURING PRINTED LAMINATES
Methods for manufacturing printed laminates or elastic printed laminates are disclosed. The printed laminates may have a first extensible material and a second extensible material. The first extensible material may have a plurality of repeating graphic sets each having a repeating graphic set length. The first extensible material may have a first strain and the second extensible material may have a second, different strain. The second strain may be constant. The first strain may be variable to correspond to the repeating graphic set lengths to a predetermined laminate pitch. The first and second extensible material may be joined together at a point of joinder. An elastic member, such as a plurality of elastic strands, for example, may be positioned intermediate the first and second extensible materials to form an elastic laminate.
Lamination machine and a method for laminating at least one material
A lamination machine has at least one material source which is in the form of a sheet feeder for material to be laminated. The lamination machine has at least one lamination unit that includes at least one first lamination source for laminating material, the at least one first lamination source being configured as a first roll changer and having at least two first roll holding devices.
Separating device for separating sections from a material web, laminating machine comprising a separating device, and method for laminating a sheet of a material web and for separating at least one section from a material web
A separation device is usable for separating portions of a material web. The separation device has at least one front clamping device, with at least one front clamping point, and at least one rear clamping device, with at least one rear clamping point, and at least one first stretching element. The separation device can be switched between at least one traversing mode and at least one separation mode by the movement of at least the at least one first stretching device between at least one first traversing position and at least one first separation position. A transport line is the shortest connection between the at least one front clamping point and the at least one rear clamping point, that connection line completely on a vertical reference plane and traversing or running at a tangent to any component of the separation device on the respective same side as one of a transport path provided for the material web and the portions to be separated. The transport line, in the at least one separation mode, is 2 mm longer than in the at least one traversing mode and has the smallest radius of curvature in the at least one separation mode of at least 0.05 mm. A first reference plane and a second reference plane are mutually spaced apart in an axial direction and a first transport line, lying on the first reference plane, and a second transport line, lying on the second reference plane, have different lengths when the first stretching element is located in the at least one first separation position.
Plastic flooring having registration system
Plastic flooring having registration system contains: an electronic control unit electrically connected with roller equipment and the registration system, the roller equipment is configured to deliver a substrate, a printing layer, and an abrasion resistance layer toward a rolling device.
