The described devices, “grounded [ungrounded] stimulation devices” and “devices with [without] EMF removal”, assist in maintaining and/or restoring bodily health primarily via two modes of operation: In one set of embodiments, by reducing or removing the effects of electromagnetic fields (EMFs) encountered in daily life, through grounding. In another set of embodiments, by stimulating and/or encouraging bodily healing processes through the supply of free electrons, at Schumann frequencies. The embodiments function by allowing or increasing, respectively, the flow of low-current, low-voltage current into or out of the body, at levels safe for humans and animals, through conductive materials in electrical contact with the body. These devices use conductive materials incorporated into and/or comprising handheld, wearable or other items that directly contact the body, including shavers, clothing, shoes, mousepads, footstools, bedding, jewelry and collars. Certain devices allow the addition of heat/cold.

METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR PROTON COMPUTERISED TOMOGRAPHY
20170221230 · 2017-08-03 ·

A method of reconstructing a 3-dimensional image in a proton transmission computerized tomography (CT) apparatus is disclosed. The method comprises the creation of a reconstruction matrix. The matrix is created by directing a plurality of particles to traverse the object; and for each particle, measuring the trajectory and energy of each particle before and after it has traversed the object; for each particle, calculating the water-equivalent path length within the object; and for each particle, calculating the positions at which it entered and exited the object; and adding the water-equivalent path length, entry and exit positions to the reconstruction matrix. This procedure is repeated from a plurality of angular positions surrounding an object to be imaged. Then, a spatially varying 2-dimensional filter function is applied to the reconstruction matrix. Subsequently, a correction factor is applied to the filtered reconstruction matrix to at least partially correct for the finite extent of the matrix.

A tangible device such as a credit card shaped device that includes at least one waffler carved therein. A bottom stabilizing material in the shape of a film or sheet is placed within the waffler. A nano-scaled metal in powdered form that is ferromagnetic in nanoscale, such as gold, is then added above the bottom stabilizing film. A ferromagnetic powder in nanoscale is added to the nano-scaled metal and a top stabilizing film is placed thereon. Ceramic powder is then used to further stabilize the composition and finally all the components are sealed within the waffler. The nano-scaled metals can be affixed to the stabilizing films using atomic layer deposition. The present invention is used to neutralize the electromagnetic contamination emitted from a plurality of electronic devices by organizing the polarity of the spin of the element particles within their radiation.

Device for protection against electric and/or magnetic fields, in particular electromagnetic fields, comprising a switch and a field coupled with the switch, wherein the switch has at least two protection elements, wherein a protection element comprises at least one film capacitor and at least one diode. The switch emits nature-like wave packets, generated by the diodes and capacitors by spontaneous discharges into the environment and the electric field of the power line, whereby the signals correspond to the electric discharges of AIS. A method for operating such a device is also provided.

SUPERVISOR FOR IMPLANTABLE STIMULATION DEVICES

This disclosure relates to implantable neuro stimulation devices with a feedback loop to control an amount of energy delivered into a neural tissue based on a measured evoked neural response. Stimulation electrodes deliver stimulation energy to neural tissue. A microprocessor performs closed-loop control of the stimulation energy based on a feedback signal that is indicative of an evoked neural response. A supervisor is connected to the feedback signal and detects malfunction of the stimulator based on the feedback signal. The supervisor is also connected to the stimulator to provide a status signal to the stimulator and changes the status signal to indicate malfunction upon detecting malfunction based on the feedback signal. The microprocessor adjusts the control of the stimulation energy in response to the status signal from the supervisor indicating malfunction.

A sensor/transducer for use in reducing leakage current from a patient fluidly connected to a medical device by tubing filled with a conductive fluid (e.g., blood or dialysate (a “fluid line”)) includes a magnetically conductive core with 1) a centrally located support for a coil of fluid line, and 2) coiled electrical conductors located at positions that are spaced from the centrally located support, on opposite sides of the centrally located support. The sensor/transducer can be used to measure leakage current carried by the conductive fluid in the fluid line, or it can be used to induce current in the fluid line in a manner that reduces the leakage current.
