SLIP RESISTANT SHOE COVER
A shoe cover is a natural latex article with reduced amount of sulfur cross linking agent and accelerators including zinc dithiocarbamate that break catalytically soluble sulfur S.sub.8 sulfur rings forming sulfur linear chains. Surfactants present in the pre-vulcanization composition wets natural polyisoprene particles and permeates small sized sulfur into the interior of these particles thereby pre-vulcanizing the particles. The latex emulsion also has post-vulcanization composition with accelerators that crosslink between particles during the post vulcanization cure cycle. The dipped natural polyisoprene article is substantially uniformly cured both in the inter-particle and intra-particle regions and reliably exhibits high cross link density, uniform distribution of double bonds and zinc segregation at the boundaries or original particles. The natural rubber films exhibit high tensile strength, tensile modulus, tear strength, elongation with low modulus of the shoe cover. The bottom surface of the shoe cover is etched to produce a slip resistant surface.

The method yields adhesively bonded substrates without the requirements of using migrating plasticizers and pre-treating of the substrates.
Diaphragm for sound generating device and sound generating device
Disclosed are a diaphragm for a sound generating device and a sound generating device. The diaphragm comprising at least one elastomer layer, wherein the elastomer layer is made of an ethylene propylene diene monomer; and the ethylene propylene diene monomer is formed by polymerizing three monomers, the three monomers being an ethylene monomer, a propylene monomer and a non-conjugated diene monomer respectively, a mass ratio of the ethylene monomer to the propylene monomer ranging from 0.25 to 4, and content of the non-conjugated diene monomer being 1%-15% of total content of the ethylene monomer and the propylene monomer. The ethylene propylene diene monomer has excellent high-temperature resistance and thermo-oxidative aging resistance; and after the rubber is made into the diaphragm, the diaphragm is capable of working in a high-temperature environment for a long time, maintaining not only excellent elasticity but also excellent anti-fatigue characteristic, thereby possessing excellent reliability.
Heat-conductive sheet, mounting method using same and bonding method using same
A heat conductive sheet of the present invention is a heat conductive sheet containing a curing reaction catalyst, wherein a heat conductive uncured composition 2 not containing a curing reaction catalyst is joined to at least one principal surface of the heat conductive sheet 1 containing a curing reaction catalyst. The heat conductive sheet 1 containing a curing reaction catalyst contains the curing reaction catalyst in an amount necessary to cure the heat conductive uncured composition. A mounting method of the present invention includes: joining a heat conductive uncured composition 2 not containing a curing reaction catalyst to at least one principal surface of the heat conductive sheet 1 containing a curing reaction catalyst, and curing the heat conductive uncured composition by diffusion of the curing reaction catalyst contained in the heat conductive sheet 1. Thereby, the heat conductive uncured composition can be joined to the heat conductive sheet immediately before mounting to an electronic component or the like, easily follow the unevenness of a heat generating part and/or heat dissipating part, and cure after mounting.
