TILE WITH IMITATION GROUT LINE
A tile for use as a covering on a floor, wall, or other surface comprising a top section disposed on a rigid core layer, wherein the top section comprises in some embodiments a veneer layer, or another layer or coating of material, such as polyurethane, upon which at least one design element may be imparted, such as through printing processes. The inventive tile in some embodiments described herein further comprises an exposed portion, or a plurality thereof, configured to provide a highly realistic imitation of a grout line. The inventive tile may also comprise at least one interconnecting mechanism, wherein such interconnecting mechanism may be formed on the same side of the tile as the exposed portion. In at least one embodiment, the layer or coating of material is disposed in covering relation to the exposed portion, and alternatively, a protective layer may instead be applied onto the exposed portion.
Enclosure Component Fabrication Facility
A fabrication facility for manufacturing a laminate multi-layer enclosure component having a press table; a conveyor table adapted to move a plurality of superposed planar fabrication elements of a multi-layer enclosure component placed thereon into the press table; a first rotatable turntable proximate to a first side of the conveyor table, and a second rotatable turntable proximate to an opposed second side of the conveyor table. The first rotatable turntable is adapted to have positioned thereon plural stacks of planar fabrication elements and to move each of such plural stacks to a first access position on the first rotatable turntable; and the second rotatable turntable adapted to have positioned thereon plural stacks of planar fabrication elements and to move each of such plural stacks to a second access position on the second rotatable turntable. A movable adhesive spray gantry straddles the conveyor table.
Building protective composite
A protective composite provides for insulating a building. The protective composite includes integrated layers. One layer is a thermal reflective layer having a reflective surface. Another layer is an air retaining material layer including a material retaining air therein. Another layer is a water repelling material layer. Thereby the protective composite includes two or more of the layers connectable to a building, building material, or other item, e.g. solar panel.
MULTI-SIDED MODULAR ERASABLE WRITING PANEL AND SYSTEM FOR ATTACHMENT THEREOF
The present invention generally relates to a modular erasable writing panel configured to interconnect with a surface prepared with mounting units. The mounting units provide an interface between a multi-sided modular erasable writing panel and another surface such as a wall, cabinet, or other surface. The writing panel is configured to provide multiple erasable writing surfaces configured to interconnect without adhesive to the mounting units wherein repeated dismounting of the erasable writing surface does not debilitate the adhesive bond between the mounting units and the existing surface. The mounting unit provide micro-suction elements configured to removably interconnect the writing panel with the mounting unit repeatedly without diminishing the holding bond between the mounting unit and the writing panel.
COMPOSITE MATERIALS AND METHODS OF PREPARATION THEREOF
Composite materials and methods of use and manufacturing are described herein. The composite materials may include a substrate comprising a polymer composite, the substrate having a density of 2 pcf to 15 pcf; and a facer covering at least a portion of the substrate, the facer including a polymer and a filler, wherein the filler is present in an amount greater than or equal to 50% by weight, with respect to the total weight of the facer.
FOAMED PVC BOARD AND A METHOD OF MAKING A FOAMED PVC BOARD
In a method of forming a foamed PVC board, a foamed PVC core is formed to have about 1% to about 40% fly ash by weight for adhesion enhancement. Film is laminated to the foamed PVC core with an adhesive between the foamed PVC core and the film. The fly ash in the PVC core enhances the adhesion between the foamed PVC core and the film 120 is increased and resists delamination of the film. A PVC board includes a foamed PVC core, an adhesive, and a film. The foamed PVC core has about 1% to about 40% fly ash by weight for enhanced adhesion between the film and the foamed PVC core. The film is laminated to the foamed PVC core with the adhesive between the foamed PVC core and the film.
Panel structure for stamping of integrally formed lamp panel, and lamp
The present application relates to a panel structure for stamping of an integrally formed lamp panel. The panel structure for stamping of the integrally formed lamp panel at least includes a reflective film layer, an adhesion layer, a base material layer and a protective layer, wherein the reflective film layer is arranged on one surface of the base material layer through the adhesion layer, and the protective layer is arranged on the other surface of the base layer; the base material layer includes a metal layer, and a chemical treatment layer arranged on at least one surface of the metal layer, the base material layer can be integrally formed lamp panel with the reflective film layer. The present application has the following beneficial effects: the panel structure can be applied to stamping of the integrally formed lamp panel; the yield is increased and the production efficiency is improved.
Decorative sheets
A decorative sheet includes a primary film layer; a transparent resin layer; and a surface protective layer, in this order; the surface protective layer is formed of a plurality of layers with a layer located on an outermost surface is a surface protective layer, and a layer underlying the surface protective layer is a second surface protective layer and includes one or more ionizing radiation-curable resins having an erosion rate E in a range of 0.10 μm/g or more and 0.45 μm/g or less, and one or more thermosetting resins having an erosion rate E in a range of 0.30 μm/g or more and 0.6 μm/g or less, the erosion rate E being measured by using polygonal alumina powder having an average particle size (D50) of 1.2 μm, and a mass ratio between the ionizing radiation-curable resin and the thermosetting resin (ionizing radiation-curable resin/thermosetting resin) is 95/5 to 40/60.
Laterally-coiled adhesively-retained low-force backer for sealant application
A laterally-coiled adhesively-retained low force backer for installation prior to application of a liquid sealant with sufficient surface adhesion to remain in place for such application and curing.
Rigid polymer foam
