To provide a sheet for sintering bonding and the same with a base material suited for lamination and integration and also suited for realizing satisfactory operational efficiency in a sintering process in a process of producing semiconductor devices that go through sintering bonding of semiconductor chips. A sheet for sintering bonding 10 of the present invention comprises an electrically conductive metal containing sinterable particle and a binder component. In this sheet, the minimum load, reached during an unloading process in load-displacement measurement according to a nanoindentation method, is −100 to −30 μN. Alternatively, the ratio of the minimum load to a maximum load, reached during a load applying process in the above measurement, is −0.2 to −0.06. A sheet body X, a sheet for sintering bonding with a base material of the present invention, has a laminated structure comprising a base material B and the sheet 10.

The present disclosure describes techniques for fabricating a textile article that incorporates bristle-like filaments protruding away from a surface plane of the textile article. The techniques describe a fabrication surface, one or more magnets positioned on the fabrication surface, an intermediary layer that overlays the one or more magnets, and a wet laminate includes a resin substrate with magnetic particles. The presence of the magnetic particles may cause the resin substrate to form bristle-like filaments in areas that the resin substrate overlays the one or more magnets.
WATERPROOF CORRUGATED PAPER, MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF, MANUFACTURING APPARATUS THEREOF, AND USAGE THEREOF
A waterproof corrugated paper includes at least one stone paper medium and at least one stone liner paper, wherein the at least one stone paper medium includes a first fluting surface. A stone glue is utilized to adhere the at least one stone liner paper and several wave crests of the first fluting surface. The stone glue includes a linear polyolefin plastic material and an inorganic material. The linear polyolefin plastic material is 30 wt %-70 wt % based on the stone glue, and the inorganic material is 30 wt %-70 wt % based on the stone glue. The waterproof corrugated paper provided by the present invention is waterproof and frost-resistant, which is adapted to package cooled or frozen food. A manufacturing method, a manufacturing apparatus, and a usage of the waterproof corrugated paper are also provided in the present invention.

The application discloses a high-whiteness MGO substrate, a preparation method thereof and a decorative board having the substrate. The high-whiteness MGO substrate includes a surface layer and a substrate, wherein the substrate is prepared from a forming agent, a lightweight filler, a modifier and water in parts by mass as follows: 40-49 parts of light burned magnesium oxide powder, 18-25 parts of magnesium sulfate heptahydrate, 16-25 parts of a polyvinyl alcohol solution, 16-20 parts of a plant powder, and 0.5-2 parts of a modifier; the modifier being obtained by mixing citric acid, phosphoric acid, and sodium sulfate in a mass ratio of 10:3:6.

Resin-rich mica tapes comprising one or more than one layer of mica paper and one or more than one layer of a nonmetallic inorganic fabric, in particular a glass fabric, which are pre-impregnated with an impregnation resin composition comprising an epoxy resin with more than one epoxy group, which is solid or semisolid at ambient temperature, a latent curing agent for said epoxy resin, about 5 to about 20% by weight of hexagonal boron nitride of a particle size (D50) of equal or less than about 3 μm, about 0.05 to about 1% by weight of a wetting agent and a suitable solvent which is removed after pre-impregnation of the mica tape with the impregnation resin mixture are useful to prepare electrical insulations with excellent thermal conductivity and dielectric dissipation factor.
