GLUELESS DUSTLESS COMPOSITE FLOORING MATERIAL SYSTEM
A glueless dustless composite flooring material system providing PVC-based flooring having layers providing different qualities of hardness, wear-resistance, sound deadening, and decorative patterns, avoiding the use of moisture-susceptible compressed dust filler, with layers fused together, avoiding the manufacturing complexity and delamination risks of using glue or adhesive, with a quickly-cured, UV-cured top coating providing long-lasting high performance and shortening and simplifying the manufacturing, which can be done in a sheet-form, essentially continuous-run manner, with an ability to quickly and simply change the optional design printing and texturing produced, and having an optional underlayment layer.

ABSORBENT ARTICLE AND COMPONENTS THEREOF HAVING IMPROVED SOFTNESS SIGNALS, AND METHODS FOR MANUFACTURING
An absorbent article having improved softness signals is disclosed. The article may include a topsheet or a backsheet including a nonwoven web. The web may have a basis weight of 30 gsm or less, may be formed of spunlaid fibers including polyolefin and up to 5 percent by weight TiO.sub.2, and may be impressed with a pattern of bond impressions to a bond area percentage of at least 10 percent forming a pattern of bonded regions and raised regions. The web may have opacity of 42 or greater; have an average height difference between bonded regions and raised regions of at least 280 μm; be hydroengorged; and/or have a cross-machine direction tensile strength of 350 gf/cm. A nonwoven web manufactured to have a suitable combination of such features exhibits an enhanced appearance of softness, soft tactile feel and satisfactory mechanical attributes, while being relatively cost effective.
PACKAGING MATERIAL FOR PREVENTION OF RUSTING AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME
A packaging material (material) of the present invention is used to cover and wrap the metal parts during transportation and storing and in order to prevent rusting and corrosion. The material includes an inner layer and a pair of outer layers sandwiching the inner layer. The inner layer is formed from extruded rigid PET material wherein the outer layers are fabricated from VCI (vapor corrosion inhibitor) embedded into extruded sheets of rigid PET. The material is used for packaging for all ferrous metals for anti-rust. As VCI is thermoformed to embed corrosion inhibitors directly into rigid plastic material of the outer layers it improves quality by ensuring corrosion inhibitors are incorporated into all packaging.
MULTI-LAYER COMPOSITE MATERIAL, PRODUCTION AND USE THEREOF
Multi-layer composite material, production and use thereof A multilayered composite material comprises as components: (A) a sheet material, (B) a material capable of absorbing water or aqueous fluids, (C) at least one bonding layer and (D) a polyurethane layer with capillaries passing through the entire thickness of the polyurethane layer,
wherein the polyurethane layer (D) comes into direct contact with sheet material (A) or absorption-capable material (B) in one or more places.
Composite particles, composite particle cured product, composite particle in-mold molded article, laminate, composite, and method for producing composite particles
Provided are composite particles in which reinforcing fibers adhere to the surface of thermoplastic resin expanded beads via a thermosetting resin being in an uncured state, a cured product of the composite particles, an in-mold molded article of the composite particles, a laminate of the composite particles and a reinforcing fiber sheet material, a composite of the composite particles, and a method for producing composite particles.
Insulation blanket having a deposited passivator for industrial insulation applications
A passivating flexible insulation blanket positionable about a pipe includes an insulation core, an enclosing fabric, and a non-consumable passivator. The insulation core is substantially hydrophobic and includes a microporous material. The enclosing fabric fully encapsulates the insulation core to form a capsule or pouch about the insulation core. The non-consumable passivator is non-consumable such that there is no appreciable change to a mass of the non-consumable passivator after an extended time of activation. The non-consumable passivator is deposited into the insulation core and has a composition soluble in water. The non-consumable passivator includes a leachable component that leaches from the insulation core and is capable of neutralizing acidic components. The leachable component is water soluble and is capable of reacting with a surface of the pipe to form a protective coating on the pipe to aid in inhibiting corrosion formation on the surface of the pipe.
POROUS CERAMIC STRUCTURE AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME
A porous ceramic structure includes one sheet, and a porous ceramic aggregate bonded on the sheet. The porous ceramic aggregate includes a plurality of porous ceramic particles.
METHOD OF PREPARING CONDUCTIVE MAGNETIC COMPOSITE SHEET AND ANTENNA DEVICE
According to a method of preparing a conductive magnetic composite sheet, the method comprising preparing a magnetic sheet comprising a magnetic powder and a binder resin; stacking the magnetic sheet and a first conductive foil; and applying heat and pressure to the obtained stack to bond the magnetic sheet and the first conductive foil, a conductive magnetic composite sheet having excellent interlayer adhesion between the magnetic sheet and the conductive foil can be prepared while having an excellent magnetic property at NFC, WPC, and MST frequencies.
RECYCLED RUBBER BACKED CUSHIONED VINYL
A laminated surface covering including a facing material made of vinyl and a backing material comprising a rubber component. The rubber component comprising at least a matrix of bonded rubber granules. A bonding material disposed between the facing material and the backing material. The facing material configured to melt at a temperature between 165° F. and 248° F. infiltrating the backing material thereby essentially encasing the rubber granules of the matrix and providing fire retardation and smoke suppression qualities.
