THERMALLY LAYERED FIRE TREATED VENEER PANEL
A veneer panel may include a face veneer, a first inner layer bonded to the face veneer, a second inner layer bonded to the first inner layer, and a thermally conductive backing layer bonded to the second inner layer. The first inner layer and the second inner layer are treated with a flame retardant. The first inner layer is disposed between the face veneer and the second inner layer, and the second inner layer is disposed between the first inner layer and the thermally conductive backing layer.
Absorbent fluff and tissue laminate pads for food packaging
An absorbent pad has: a first, outer layer comprising a permeable or non-permeable film; a second, outer layer comprising a permeable or non-permeable film, placed on a side of the pad opposite the first, outer layer; a third layer disposed between the first layer and the second layer, and comprising a tissue laminate comprising at least a first ply and a second ply, with at least one chemical agent or system fixed in the third layer and being either activated by contact with or soluble in an aqueous liquid, the at least one chemical agent or system being in a predetermined amount distributed substantially uniformly per unit area of the surface area between the at least first ply and second ply: and a fourth layer disposed between the first layer and the second layer and comprising fluff, with or without a chemical agent or system, the third layer being joined to the fourth layer to serve as a substrate for the fourth layer.
Wooden decorative panel and method for manufacturing same, insert molding using wooden decorative panel, and method for manufacturing insert molding
A wooden decorative panel has rough texture and non-glossy look of veneer. A wooden decorative panel manufacturing method enables manufacture of the wooden decorative panel with a small material loss. The wooden decorative panel includes a veneer made from natural wood and having a plurality of surface irregularities due to vessels of the wood, and a transfer layer transferred from a transfer film and bonded to a surface of the veneer. The transfer layer has surface irregularities that are similar in shape to the plurality of surface irregularities. The wooden decorative panel has the feel and the appearance of natural veneer due to the irregularities formed by the vessels, and the durability sufficient for use as an industrial product.
Thermally insulated roofing device
One subject of the present invention is a roofing device (1) comprising an area support (2) made up of panels of wood particles on which a vapor barrier first layer (3), an insulating second layer (4) and a third layer (5) that is impermeable to liquid water are laid. Said device (1) is one wherein the second layer (4) is a composite layer formed by the superposition of two distinct homogeneous elementary layers (6 and 6), namely a lower elementary layer (6) of wood fiber and an upper elementary layer (6) made up of a material that is at least partially bio-sourced, that has hygroscopic, antifungal and thermal-insulation properties and that has a low resistance to the diffusion of water vapor.
Cores for Composite Material Sandwich Panels
Core for a composite material sandwich panel, the core having a rectangular array of aligned elongate elements, composed of balsa wood, in a continuous matrix of a polymeric foam which has been moulded around the elements, wherein the elements each have a polygonal cross-section, the matrix filling voids between adjacent elements and bonding together the elements to form a unitary body and the array of elements extends between the opposite major surfaces in a thickness direction of the core and wherein woodgrain of the elements extends in the thickness direction.
TILE WITH IMITATION GROUT LINE
A tile that may be used as a covering on a floor, wall, or other surface comprises a top section, a protective section, a vinyl layer, an optional core layer, and an exposed portion formed along at least one of its sides and structured to represent an imitation but highly realistic looking grout line. The exposed portion may be formed on at least a portion of the top section. The vinyl layer is generally disposed between the top section and the core layer. The vinyl layer generally comprises a solid vinyl material comprising polyvinyl chloride and stone dust. In some embodiments, the exposed portion is also formed across a middle section of the tile, and may further include an interconnecting mechanism to facilitate installation. The exposed portion may also be formed at least one a portion of the top section above the interconnecting mechanism.
Floor, wall, or ceiling panel and method for producing same
A floor, wall, or ceiling panel and to a method for producing same. The panel has a base made of a wood material and an upper veneer. The base and the veneer are hot-pressed together while incorporating a resin layer. During the pressing process, pores, cracks, and/or gaps in the veneer are filled with resin. In particular, the pressing process is carried out such that the veneer is saturated with resin, and the resin can be seen on the surface of the veneer after the pressing process. The adhesion of the veneer to the base and the smoothing of the veneer are thus carried out in one operation.

Resin component and display device using the same
A resin component includes a natural wooden veneer, a light-transmitting ink printed layer, an adhesive layer, and a light-transmitting reinforcement layer. The veneer includes a sparseness portion and a denseness portion of conduits, is 50% or more and 80% or less in light transmittance, and is 0.1 mm or more and 0.6 mm or less in plate thickness. The light-transmitting ink printed layer is formed on a first surface of the veneer, is 2 m or more and 20 m or less in thickness, and contains a pigment or a dye. The adhesive layer is formed on a second surface which is an opposite side of the first surface of the veneer. The reinforcement layer is formed on a surface, which is an opposite side of the veneer, of the adhesive layer.
Composite molded shell with stiffening inner core for interior trim molding applications
A composite trim molding assembly includes a composite outer shell having at least one pressed or molded surface feature and a core disposed within the composite outer shell for at least one of strengthening or stiffening the outer shell. The composite trim molding assembly can be configured as a door jamb. For example, the composite outer shell can include a flat jamb, and the at least one pressed or molded surface feature can include a stop. The core can include a protrusion into a cavity formed by the stop. The cavity formed by the stop may also be hollow. The composite outer shell can be molded from a slurry and/or pressed from a flat composite panel. The at least one pressed or molded surface feature can include a surface texture (e.g., a wood grain pattern). The core can include segments fastened together, particle board, and/or fiberboard.
