TRANSPARENT RESIN FILM, DECORATIVE BOARD, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING DECORATIVE BOARD
The present invention provides a transparent resin film which enables visual check of the adhesion state after lamination of the transparent resin film on a picture layer provided on a substrate, a decorative board including the transparent resin film, and a method for producing the decorative board. Provided is a transparent resin film for protecting a picture layer provided on one side of a substrate, the transparent resin film including at least: a thermoplastic resin layer; and an external haze layer on a picture layer side.
Internally reinforced aerogel and uses thereof
Internally reinforced aerogels, articles of manufacture and uses thereof are described. An internally reinforced aerogel includes an aerogel having a support at least partially penetrating the aerogel and having the aerogel penetrating the porous structure of the support.
Decorative sheet with adhesive
A decorative sheet with adhesive according to the present disclosure comprises a decorative plate layer and an adhesive layer. The decorative plate layer includes a decorative layer and a mixed paper layer which includes a magnesium silicate mixed paper with bound water.
Lightweight noise absorbing material and substrate having the same attached thereto
The present disclosure relates to a lightweight noise absorbing material and a substrate having the same attached thereto, and more particularly, to a lightweight noise absorbing material providing lightweight and excellent noise absorption performance compared to existing noise absorbing materials by including a triple thin fiber layer in which upper and lower fine fiber layers are stacked respectively on upper and lower surfaces of a fibrous non-woven fabric, and a substrate having the lightweight noise absorbing material attached thereto.
THERMAL BARRIER MATERIAL FOR ELECTRIC VEHICLE BATTERY APPLICATIONS
A composite thermal barrier material for use in electric and hybrid vehicle battery packs is described herein. The composite material comprises a porous core layer, a pair of flame retardant layers disposed on either side of the porous core layer, and at least one radiant barrier layer disposed between the porous core layer and one of the pair of flame retardant layers. In some exemplary embodiments, the porous core layer is a thermally expandable layer.
THICK AND ABSORBENT AND/OR FLEXIBLE TOILET TISSUE
Thick and absorbent and/or flexible toilet tissue and methods for making same are provided.
LAMINATE, METHOD FOR STORING LAMINATE, METHOD FOR TRANSPORTING LAMINATE, PROTECTIVE LAMINATE, AND WOUND BODY THEREOF
A laminate having: an electrode for electrolysis, and a membrane laminated on the electrode for electrolysis, wherein when the laminate is wetted with a 3 mol/L NaCl aqueous solution, and under a storage condition at ordinary temperature, an amount of a transition metal component (with the proviso that zirconium is excluded), detected from the membrane after storage for 96 hours, is 100 cps or less; and A protective laminate having: a first electrode for electrolysis, a second electrode for electrolysis, a membrane disposed between the first electrode for electrolysis and the second electrode for electrolysis, and an insulation sheet that protects at least one of the surface of the first electrode for electrolysis and the surface of the second electrode for electrolysis.
WATERPROOF, MOISTURE-PERMEABLE COMPOSITE NON-WOVEN FABRIC ABLE TO BLOCK VIRUSES AND BLOOD
The present invention provides a waterproof, moisture-permeable composite non-woven fabric able to block viruses and blood, and consists of a non-woven fabric, which is provided with two surfaces and has a basic weight of ≤70 g/m.sup.2; and a multi-layer breathable membrane, which is at least a three-layer co-extruded membrane. The basic weight of the multi-layer breathable membrane lies between 5˜30 g/m.sup.2 and is attached to one of the surfaces of the non-woven fabric. A powder in the multi-layer breathable membrane has a percentage by weight of 40˜60% and an extension ratio ≤300%. The present invention has characteristics including a synthetic blood permeability able to resist pressure of 2.0 psi sustainable for at least one minute, a Phi-X17 bacteriophage penetrability able to resist pressure of 2.0 psi sustainable for at least one minute, and a moisture capacity ≥1500 g/m.sup.2.Math.24 hr.
Method of producing a fibrous product and a fibrous product
The present invention relates to multi-layer fiber products and a method of manufacturing these kinds of products. The present product comprises a first layer consists mainly of natural fibers and a second, heat-sealing layer located on top of the first layer. The heat-sealing layer consists mainly of synthetic thermoplastic fibers or particles. According to the present method, the heat-sealing layer is brought onto the first layer already during the web forming process, the first and the second layers being formed and joined together in a foam forming process. With the present invention, it is possible to decrease the amount of plastic materials in packaging materials having heat-sealing properties.
CALCIUM ALUMINATE CEMENT AND CALCIUM SULFOALUMINATE CEMENT CATALYSTS IN GYPSUM PANELS AND USE THEREOF
Water-resistant gypsum products may be produced using a novel catalyst that includes calcium aluminate cement and/or calcium sulfoaluminate cement. For example, a water-resistant gypsum panel may have a core comprising: interwoven matrices of calcium sulfate dihydrate crystals and a silicone resin, wherein the interwoven matrices have dispersed throughout them a siloxane polymerization catalyst comprising (a) 55 wt % to 100 wt % calcium aluminate cement and/or calcium aluminate cement and (b) 0 wt % to 45 wt % and magnesium oxide, wherein the weight ratio of the siloxane polymerization catalyst to the calcium sulfate dihydrate is 0.01-5:100. The water-resistant gypsum panel may have an absence of one or more of: Portland cement, limestone, aragonite, calcite, dolomite, and slaked lime.
