Waterproof sound-transmitting sheet
A waterproof sound-transmitting sheet, which interposes an adhesive layer composed of a material having micropores formed therein, thus smoothing the flow of the air between a waterproof sound-transmitting layer and a support layer. The waterproof sound-transmitting sheet includes a waterproof sound-transmitting layer formed of a film having elasticity, an adhesive layer having one surface adhered to one surface of the waterproof sound-transmitting layer, and a support layer having one surface adhered to the other surface of the adhesive layer; and the adhesive layer includes a substrate having a pore formed therein and an adhesive agent formed on both surfaces of the substrate.
Laser-welded body and production method therefor
A laser-welded body includes at least three of resin members, which contain a thermoplastic resin including: a first resin member which is a laser-irradiated subject, has an absorbance a.sub.1 of 0.01 to 0.12; a second resin member which has an absorbance a.sub.2 of 0.1 to 0.9 and includes a butted part where ends of one or more resin members are brought into contact with each other; and a third resin member which has an absorbance a.sub.3 of 0.2 to 3.8, and the absorbances a.sub.2, a.sub.3 exhibited by the second resin member and the third resin member are attributed to the inclusion of nigrosine as a laser beam absorbent therein, and the resin members are overlapped in the above mentioned to form contacted parts at these interfaces, at least a part of the butted part and/or the contacted parts are laser-welded.
Multilayer covers
Multilayer material may be made by applying bonding agent to a surface of a first-material and/or a second-material then bringing these materials adjacent to each other to bring the bonding agent into contact with opposing surfaces thereof and feeding the first-material and the second-material with the bonding agent therebetween into a machine to bond the first-material to the second-material to form the multilayer material. A cover for an object used outdoors may be made from a plurality of multilayer panels. A ventilation opening may be formed in a first multilayer panel, the ventilation opening may be covered with a ventilation cover, which may also be a handle, where the ventilation cover shields the ventilation opening from weather and defines walls of a passageway in an exterior space outside the cover, to provide for airflow through the ventilation opening between the exterior space and an interior space within the cover.

A method for producing a water-tight, water-vapour-permeable segment, having a three-dimensional contour, for a shoe shaft, an item of clothing or a rucksack or for producing a shoe shaft, an item of clothing or a rucksack, the segment being free of connection points in its surface, and the method for producing the segment being a thermoforming process in which the two-dimensional flat structure obtained is completely laminated in its entirety, the segment being free of connection points in its surface. Also, a water-tight, water-vapour-permeable segment of a three-dimensional functional laminate for introduction into a shoe or shoe shaft, an item of clothing or a rucksack, the segment being dimensionally stable under its own weight, of a single piece and free of connection points in its surface.

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a heat insulating structure, a heat insulating body, a method for manufacturing a heat insulating structure, and a method for manufacturing a heat insulating body that can substantially reduce a manufacturing cost and a manufacturing time. A heat insulating structure is provided with: a plurality of partition members that are reticulately provided in a space region between one wall part and another wall part opposed to the one wall part and partition the space region into a plurality of partition spaces from the side of the other wall part to the side of the one wall part; and a plurality of fraction members that are provided to support the one wall part and fractionize partition spaces facing the one wall part among the plurality of partition spaces so as to be gradually smaller toward the side of the one wall part.
NOISE ATTENUATING TRIM PART FOR A VEHICLE
Noise attenuating trim part for a vehicle comprising a pile layer, a bonding mass layer and a backing layer whereby the bonding mass layer is bonded to the adjacent layers whereby the bonding mass layer is comprising at least thermoplastic elastomeric polyolefin based compound material (TPO) with a filler content of at least 55%, and whereby
the bonding mass layer has a density of between 1.4 and 1.75 kg/dm.sup.3, a viscosity of less than 50.000 mPa.s and a MFI above 250 and whereby the bonding mass layer is adjacent the pile layer and partly penetrated into the lower area of the pile thereby binding the fibers and/or filaments and/or the tufts within the pile.
MOULDING MATERIAL
The present invention is concerned with a moulding material comprising: a) A primary non-woven fibre layer; b) A secondary non-woven fibre layer, and c) A resin layer; wherein the resin layer bonds the secondary non-woven fibre layer to a first surface of the primary non-woven fibre layer, and the resin layer is exposed on the second surface of the primary non-woven layer.

The invention describes an airbag (10), in particular a head side airbag (10) or a head-thorax side airbag, including at least two opposite fabric layers (12, 14) which form at least one inner wall (13) and one outer wall (15) of the airbag (10), wherein the airbag (10) is manufactured in one piece by a multi-layer weaving process in which the fabric layers (12, 14) are interwoven at least in a peripheral region (16), with a gas generator mount (18) for an external gas generator (20) being disposed in either of the two fabric layers (12, 14). The invention further describes an airbag module (8) comprising an airbag (10) according to the invention as well as a method for manufacturing a one-piece-woven airbag (10) and a method for manufacturing an airbag module (8).
MULTILAYER FILM FOR APPLYING LABELS ON ITEMS OF CLOTHING
A multilayer film (8) for applying a label (4) to a fabric support (2) by hot pressing includes a lower layer (8a), a barrier layer (8b) and an upper layer (8c). The lower layer (8a) is substantially made of copolyamide, the barrier layer (8b) is substantially made of EVOH, and the upper layer (8c) is substantially made of copolyamide. The film is particularly effective for limiting the migration of pigments from the fabric to the label.
