MULTILAYER FILM, LAMINATED BODY, AND AIR BAG
A multilayer film bonded to a base fabric includes a first layer bonded to the base fabric; and a second layer disposed on the first layer. The first layer, the second layer, or both includes a thermoplastic elastomer. The thermoplastic elastomer is at least one selected from the group consisting of a polyester-based elastomer, a polyurethane-based elastomer, and a polyamide-based elastomer. A melt strength of the multilayer film is greater than or equal to 7.5 mN.
Composite Cooling Film Comprising an Organic Polymeric Layer, a UV-Absorbing Layer, and a Reflective Metal Layer
A composite cooling film including non-fluorinated organic polymeric layer, a metal layer disposed inwardly of the non-fluorinated organic polymeric layer, and an antisoiling, ultraviolet-absorbing hardcoat layer that is disposed outwardly of the non-fluorinated organic polymeric layer.
Fastener stringer and slide fastener provided with the fastener stringer
A fastener stringer used for a slide fastener, including: a pair of fastener tapes including a stretchable yarn; a pair of fastener element rows mounted on opposite side edge portions of the pair of fastener tapes, respectively; and a reflective film disposed on a front or back surface of one of the fastener tapes. The reflective film has stretchability.
INNOVATIVE LEATHER AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
The present disclosure relates to an innovative leather and a manufacturing method thereof. The innovative leather includes a TPU substrate, a TPU adhering layer, and a TPU surface layer. The TPU adhering layer is disposed on the TPU substrate. The TPU surface layer is disposed on the TPU adhering layer. All materials of the innovative leather of the present disclosure are the same TPU materials, thus the innovative leather of the present disclosure can be recycled after the innovative leather of the present disclosure is used. The innovative leather of the present disclosure has recycling benefit.
Graphite sheet and method for manufacturing same
A graphite sheet having a ratio of thermal diffusivity in horizontal and vertical directions of 300 or more is disclosed. Also, a graphite sheet having a ratio of thermal diffusivity in a vertical direction of 2.0 mm.sup.2/s or less is disclosed. The graphite sheet has excellent thermal conductivity in horizontal and vertical directions and excellent flexibility at the same time and can be produced at low manufacturing cost, thereby holding an economic advantage.
LAYERED SOUND-ABSORBING MATERIAL
A sound-absorbing material has an excellent sound absorbing property in a low-frequency range, an intermediate-frequency range, and a high-frequency range. The sound-absorbing material is a laminated sound-absorbing material, which includes at least one first layer, and at least one second layer that differs from the first layer. The first layer has a mean flow pore diameter of 2.0 to 60 μm and an air permeability according to the Frazier method of 30 to 200 cc/cm.sup.2.Math.s. The second layer is a layer including at least one kind selected from a foamed resin, a nonwoven fabric and a woven fabric, has a thickness of 3 to 40 mm, and has a density that is lower than the first layer and is 51 to 150 kg/m.sup.3. The first layer is disposed on a sound incidence side of the second layer.
Footwear Upper
Textile composites for garments including footwear uppers and footwear comprising the same that provide protection from flame and liquid water whilst at the same time being lightweight and flexible for the wearer. The textile composite comprises a microfiber outer layer; a nonwoven layer, and in some embodiments a porous polymeric membrane on a support layer.
Fiber composite and preparing method of the same
The present invention relates to a fiber composite for a strain sensor and a method for producing the same. The composite includes a stretchable fiber; a conductive elastic polymer layer coated on the stretchable fiber; polymer beads disposed on the stretchable fiber or on the elastic polymer layer; and a conductive elastic polymer layer covering the polymer beads. The fiber composite is durable and stable. Therefore, a strain sensor produced using the fiber composite exhibits excellent durability, recoverability, repeatability and sensitivity, and a fast sensing speed.
DEEP-DRAWN SEGMENT
A method for producing a water-tight, water-vapour-permeable segment, having a three-dimensional contour, for a shoe shaft, an item of clothing or a rucksack or for producing a shoe shaft, an item of clothing or a rucksack, the segment being free of connection points in its surface, and the method for producing the segment being a thermoforming process in which the two-dimensional flat structure obtained is completely laminated in its entirety, the segment being free of connection points in its surface. Also, a water-tight, water-vapour-permeable segment of a three-dimensional functional laminate for introduction into a shoe or shoe shaft, an item of clothing or a rucksack, the segment being dimensionally stable under its own weight, of a single piece and free of connection points in its surface.
Stretchable laminates
The present invention provides stretchable laminates with a flat appearance on the visible surface. The laminates comprise a textile layer, a functional layer, and a plurality of elastic fibers. The plurality of elastic fibers are in a substantially parallel arrangement and the internal distance between adjacent fibers does not exceed the maximum fiber spacing, which depends on laminate thickness in a stretched state. Also provided are garments and footwear comprising the stretchable laminates and methods of producing the stretchable laminates.
