A total heat exchange element includes partitions disposed in a state of being opposed to each other, and a spacer portion keeping a space between the partitions and forming a passage between the partitions. The spacer portion has a laminate structure in which nonwoven fabric base layers including a nonwoven fabric base material are laminated on both sides of a paper layer. A first nonwoven fabric base layer that is the nonwoven fabric base layer of the spacer portion laminated on one side of the paper layer is joined to the partition opposed to the first nonwoven fabric base layer, and a second nonwoven fabric base layer that is the nonwoven fabric base layer of the spacer portion laminated on another side thereof is joined to the partition opposed to the second nonwoven fabric base layer. The element has the above-mentioned configuration and so can improve the humidity exchange efficiency.

BIAXIALLY-STRETCHABLE BARRIER LAMINATE FABRIC COMPOSITE MATERIAL AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURE
A biaxially stretchable laminated fabric composite material includes a four-way stretchable fabric and a barrier film. The barrier film and the fabric are selectively attached at a plurality of individual bond points. When the fabric is in an unstretched state, random folds are formed in the unbonded regions of the barrier film. When the fabric is in a stretched state, the random folds are partially or fully flattened to allow the biaxially stretchable laminated fabric composite material to biaxially stretch.

The wound dressing includes a moisture-transmissible backing layer having a first major surface, a second major surface, and a backing layer perimeter; an absorbent hydrophilic adhesive adhered to at least a portion of the second major surface of the backing layer, the absorbent hydrophilic adhesive comprising an absorbent hydrophilic adhesive perimeter; an antimicrobial agent disposed in the absorbent hydrophilic adhesive; a porous layer having a first side adhered to the absorbent hydrophilic adhesive, a second side, and a porous layer perimeter; and a second hydrophobic adhesive adhered to the second side of the porous layer. The second major surface has a first hydrophobic adhesive disposed thereon proximate the backing layer perimeter. 100% of the absorbent hydrophilic adhesive perimeter is overlapped by the backing layer. At least 50% of the porous layer perimeter is overlapped by the absorbent hydrophilic adhesive.
