Full Blackout Anti-haze Noise-reducing Thermal Insulation Curtain and Its Production Method
20230040033 · 2023-02-09 ·

The invention herein provides a full blackout anti-haze noise-reducing thermal insulation curtain. The said full blackout anti-haze noise-reducing thermal insulation curtain includes mutually symmetrical first shade fabric and second shade fabric. With the first shade fabric and the second shade fabric, the invention can achieve 100% blackout, which can effectively protect against ultraviolet rays, block the sunlight and provide thermal insulation. Between the said first shade fabric and the second shade fabric is a removable lining, which is easy to clean. The said lining is a sound-proofing felt fabric. By using porous sound-absorbing material and the fabric structures, it can effectively regulate the indoor sound environment and reduce sound and noise. A number of rings are mounted correspondingly at the top of the first shade fabric and the second shade fabric, which make the removal of the curtain fabric easy when it is used as a curtain.

NON-WOVEN PROTECTIVE CLOTHING AGAINST BLOOD AND VIRUSES

A non-woven protective clothing against blood and viruses, which is composed from: a non-woven fabric layer, which has two surfaces; and a high waterproof moisture-permeable layer, which is a porous film that is laminated to one of the surfaces of the non-woven fabric layer; and an elastic pore filling layer, which is a hydrophilic polyurethane. The elastic pore filling layer is coated or printed onto the surface of the high waterproof moisture-permeable layer, and the thickness of the elastic pore filling layer is thinner than that of the high waterproof moisture-permeable layer. The synthetic blood permeability of the non-woven protective clothing against blood and viruses can resist a pressure of 2.0 psi for one minute, and the Phi-X174 bacteriophage penetrability thereof can resist a pressure of 2.0 psi for one minute.

Method of manufacturing a film having low oxygen transmission rate values

A method of manufacturing a film having an oxygen transmission rate (OTR) value in the range of 0.1 to 200 cc/m.sup.2*24 h at 23° C., 50% relative humidity (RH), and an OTR value in the range of 0.1 to 2000 cc/m.sup.2*24 h at 38° C. at 85% RH, comprising at least 60% by weight nanocellulose based on the weight of the total amount of fibers in the film, wherein the method comprises the steps of, providing an aqueous suspension comprising said nanocellulose; forming a web from said aqueous suspension; calendering said web at a line load of at least 40 kN/m, and at a temperature of at least 60° C. wherein said film is formed and said web has an OTR value in the range of 50 to 10 000 cc/m.sup.2*24 h at 23° C., 50% RH before said calendering step, or more preferably in the range of 500 to 5000 cc/m.sup.2*24 h at 23° C., 50% RH before said calendering step.

HIGH PERFORMANCE NONWOVEN STRUCTURE

The presently disclosed subject matter relates to multi-layer nonwoven materials and their use in absorbent articles. More particularly, the presently disclosed subject matter relates to layered structures that have high absorbency performance while having less absorbent mass than other commercially available materials.

ENHANCED CO-FORMED/MELTSPUN FIBROUS WEB STRUCTURE

An enhanced, co-formed fibrous web structure is disclosed. The web structure may have a co-formed core layer sandwiched between two scrim layers. The core layer may be formed of a blend of cellulose pulp fibers and melt spun filaments. The scrim layers may be formed of melt spun filaments, and the filaments forming one or both scrim layers may have a number average diameter of 4.5 μm or less. Filaments of one or both of the scrim layers, and optionally the core layer, may also be meltblown filaments. Alternatively, the filaments forming the scrim layers may constitute from 1 to 13 percent of the weight of the structure. Alternatively, the scrim layers may have a combined basis weight of from 0.1 gsm to less than 3.0 gsm. A method for forming the structure, including direct formation of layers, is also disclosed.

TUBULAR LINER FOR REHABILITATING UNDERGROUND AND SURFACE PIPES AND PIPELINES

A seamless tubular liner for repairing an underground or surface pipe is disclosed, including circumferential wefts consisting of slivers comprising a plurality of staple fibers bundled together, the slivers adapted to elongate through disentanglement of the bundled staple fibers when the seamless tubular liner is subjected to an inflation pressure such that the diameter of the tubular liner is able to expand to accommodate variations of diameter of the pipe being repaired.
