ANTI-PROPYLENE MASK AND METHOD FOR PREPARATION THEREOF
An anti-propylene mask and method for preparation thereof is provided; the anti-propylene mask includes a fiber cloth contact layer, an antistatic non-woven fabric layer and a fullerene/nano titanium dioxide spunbond layer which are arranged in sequence; the fullerene/nano titanium dioxide spunbond layer is made by spun-bonding the modified resin material into a fiber web; the raw materials of modified resin materials include matrix resin, carboxylated fullerene derivatives, nano titanium dioxide, a lubricant, and a coupling agent; the modified resin material is prepared by following method: the carboxylated fullerene derivative is mixed and reacted with the nano titanium dioxide to prepare the carboxylated fullerene derivative-modified nano titanium dioxide, which is then blended and extruded with the remaining components in the raw material, and thus prepared. The mask can prevent propylene from entering the human body through the human respiratory organs and has a good anti-propylene effect.
Product transport containers
Product transport containers are disclosed. Such containers can provide one or more advantages compared to existing containers. For example, product transport containers described herein can maintain a product at a desired temperature for an extended period of time, including without the use of an active heating or cooling component. Such product transport containers described herein may also provide improved breathability, thermal insulation, and/or mechanical strength or dimensional stability. Such containers can include a plurality of walls defining an interior volume and a selectively openable side permitting movement of the product into and out of the interior volume of the container. The walls can be formed from a thermoformed non-woven fabric.
Two piece transaction card having fabric inlay
Disclosed embodiments generally relate to a transaction card with a fabric inlay. The transaction card may include a housing component having a first housing surface opposite a second housing surface and an inlay component having a first inlay surface opposite a second inlay surface. The inlay and housing may be joined along the second inlay surface and the first housing surface. In addition, the first inlay surface may include a fabric material and a backer layer configured to support the fabric material of the first inlay surface.
SKIN MATERIAL, INTERIOR MATERIAL, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING INTERIOR MATERIAL
For the purpose of providing a skin material that is easily bonded to a base material, an interior material including the skin material, and a method for manufacturing the interior material, a skin material includes a base cloth layer and a design layer. The base cloth layer includes a surface fabric and a back fabric, and a binding yarn that binds the surface fabric and the back fabric. The binding yarn is erected between the surface fabric and the back fabric to form a void inside the base cloth layer. An embossed pattern is formed in a concave shape on the skin material from the design layer side. A thin portion is formed in a band shape in a peripheral edge portion of the skin material. The skin material is bonded to the base material to obtain an interior material.
Method of manufacturing of a foam-formed cellulosic fibre-material, a bulk sheet and a laminated packaging material comprising the cellulosic fibre-material
The invention relates to a method for manufacturing a foam-formed cellulosic fibre-material comprising coarse cellulosic fibres a cellulose reinforcement fraction. Furthermore, the invention relates to a foam-formed cellulosic fibre-material, a cellulose bulk sheet for a packaging material and a laminated packaging material comprising the foam-formed cellulosic fibre-material.
Fibrous structure-containing articles that exhibit consumer relevant properties
Articles, such as sanitary tissue products, including fibrous structures, and more particularly articles including fibrous structures having a plurality of fibrous elements wherein the article exhibits differential cellulose content throughout the thickness of the article and methods for making same are provided.
Resin composition, prepreg, metal foil with resin, laminate, printed wiring board, and method for producing resin composition
The present invention relates to a resin composition including an acrylic polymer (A) and a thermosetting resin (B), wherein a phase separation structure of a first phase containing the acrylic polymer (A) and a second phase containing the thermosetting resin (B) is formed, and an average domain size of the second phase is 20 μm or less.
Nonwoven material with high core bicomponent fibers
Nonwoven materials having at least one layer comprising high core bicomponent fibers are provided. The nonwoven materials can have multiple layers and are suitable for use in a variety of applications, including in absorbent products. Such nonwoven materials can be patterned to create a three-dimensional topography including indentations formed of valleys and ridges. The nonwoven materials can have improved resiliency and strength and can retain their structure under wetted conditions and after tension and compression. The nonwoven materials can further facilitate the transfer of the liquid through the nonwoven material for improved liquid distribution and can also have improved liquid retention properties.
Fire-resistant textile composite
The application relates to a fire-resistant textile composite having an upper surface and a lower surface. The composite contains a nonwoven layer and a knit layer. The nonwoven layer has a first and second side and contains a nonwoven textile. The nonwoven textile contains a plurality of first fire-resistant fibers, where the first fire-resistant fibers are non-thermoplastic. The nonwoven layer forms the lower surface of the textile composite. The knit layer contains a knit textile having a first and second side and the second side of the knit layer is adjacent to the first side of the nonwoven layer. The knit textile contains a plurality of second fire-resistant yarns, where the second fire-resistant yarns are non-thermoplastic. At least a portion of the first fire-resistant fibers from the nonwoven layer extend through the first side of the knit layer and form the upper surface of the textile composite.
Garment incorporating waterproof or water resilient aqueous polyurethane dispersions and/or having altered stress profile
Articles, such as garments, including films comprising dried aqueous polyurethane dispersions are disclosed, whereby the garment has an altered stress which is exhibited during wear of the garment and/or has one or more sections of waterproof or water-resilient fabric. The film may be bonded to the fabric of the article to provide a fabric or film laminate.
