MULTILAYER STRUCTURE FOR TRANSPORTING OR STORING HYDROGEN
The use of a sealing layer of a composition including at least one polyamide for preparing a multicore structure intended for the transport, distribution or storage of hydrogen, in particular for the distribution or storage of hydrogen, especially for the storage of hydrogen, the sealing layer satisfying a test for contaminants present in the hydrogen and extracted from the sealing layer after contact of the hydrogen with same, the test been carried out as defined in the standard CSA/ANSI CHMC 2: 19, the total proportion of said contaminants extracted in the hydrogen being less than or equal to 3% by weight, in particular less than 2% by weight of the sum of the constituents of the composition.
PIPE INSULATION AND METHOD OF AND SYSTEM FOR MAKING SAME
Methods of and systems for forming pipe insulation are disclosed. The pipe insulation has properties that are non-homogenous through its thickness.
PANEL FOR AIR-CONDITIONING DUCTS
A panel for self-supporting ducts, in particular air-conditioning ducts, made up of a core of mineral wool, covered on its external face with an exterior covering joined to the external surface of the core, the exterior covering including a sheet of aluminum and the sheet of aluminum being the outermost sheet of the exterior stack, wherein the sheet of aluminum exhibits, at least on its outwardly exposed face, diffuse reflection greater than its specular reflection.
Structural insulated panel
A bridging element is positioned between a pair of insulating outer layers and a pair of rigid supporting inner layers. The bridging element includes a plurality of spaced-apart ribs supporting the rigid inner layers in a spaced-apart overlying relationship with a flexible sealing layer surrounding the plurality of spaced-apart ribs to form a first sleeve and another flexible sealing layer surrounding the supporting inner layers to form a second sleeve. The pair of insulating outer layers includes a composite assembly formed from non-metallic fibers and a thermal insulating material matrix.
Binder composition
The invention relates to an aqueous binder composition for mineral fibers comprising at least one polyelectrolytic hydrocolloid.
Method for using contour correct thermoplastic core in bonded acoustic panel assembly
An acoustic panel including a first face sheet having a plurality of openings; a core attached to the face sheet, the core comprising a plurality of cells each having cell walls; and a plurality of noise attenuating features each comprising at least one of the openings in combination with one of the cells, wherein the openings are disposed away from the cell walls so that the noise attenuating features suppress the transmission of acoustic waves in acoustic communication with the openings.
MULTILAYER STRUCTURE FOR TRANSPORTING OR STORING HYDROGEN
A multilayer structure selected from a reservoir, a pipe or a tube, for transporting, distributing or storing hydrogen, including, from the inside to the outside, at least one sealing layer and at least one composite reinforcing layer, the innermost composite reinforcing layer being welded to the outermost adjacent sealing layer, the sealing layers including at least one semi-crystalline thermoplastic polymer, the Tm of which is less than 280° C., wherein the at least one thermoplastic polymer of each sealing layer may be the same or different, and at least one of the composite reinforcing layers being of a fibrous material in the form of continuous fibers impregnated with a composition of at least one thermoplastic polymer P2j, the thermoplastic polymer P2j having a Tg greater than the maximum temperature of use of said structure (Tu), with Tg≥Tu+20° C., Tu being greater than 50° C.
THERMAL BARRIER MATERIAL FOR A RECHARGEABLE ELECTRICAL ENERGY STORAGE SYSTEM
A multilayer material for use as a thermal insulation barrier and/or flame barrier in a rechargeable electrical energy storage system is provided. The multilayer material comprises at least one inorganic fabric layer bonded to a nonwoven layer comprising inorganic particles and inorganic fibers by an inorganic adhesive, wherein the inorganic adhesive. The inorganic adhesive can be a modified inorganic adhesive comprising at least 99 wt. % inorganic constituents and an organic additive of at least 0.01 wt. % and less than 1 wt. % based on a total solids content of the inorganic adhesive.
CONSTRUCTION SHEET
The invention relates to a construction sheet, in particular sub-roof sheet (1), in particular intended for use as an underlay sheet, preferably formwork sheet, and/or roof seal sheet, and/or facade sheet, with at least one carrier layer (2) designed as fire protection layer and at least one further layer (3), wherein the further layer (3) is designed as a further fire protection layer.
THERMAL AND/OR ACOUSTIC INSULATION SYSTEM AS WATERPROOFING FOR A FLAT OR A FLAT INCLINED ROOF OF A BUILDING AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING A THERMAL AND/OR ACOUSTIC INSULATION SYSTEM AS WATERPROOFING
The disclosure relates to a thermal and/or acoustic insulation system as waterproofing for a flat or flat inclined outside surface of a building, especially for a flat roof or a flat inclined roof, consisting of at least one insulation element made of mineral wool, preferably made of stone wool, and having a major surface, and a lining element consisting of at least a first layer made of lining material and a second layer made of a glue activatable by heat and oriented to the major surface of the insulation element, whereby the major surface of the insulation element is free of protrusions, especially flights, and cavities thereby being planar and whereby the area connection between the insulation element and the lining element is at least 70%, preferably at least 80% of the major surface area of the insulation element.
