Oriented polypropylene film with improved blocking resistance
The present disclosure is directed to a film formulation that resulted in a substantially non-migratory cold seal release film with improved blocking resistance. Specifically, the multilayered biaxially oriented polypropylene film can include a core layer of polypropylene homopolymer; a first outer layer on one side of the core layer that can be suitable for sealing, printing, or coating; and a second outer layer on the opposite side of the core layer that is a blocking resistant layer comprising thermoplastic polymers which reduce blocking tendency.
Composite material and resin composition containing metastable particles
A curable matrix resin composition containing a thermoset resin component and metastable thermoplastic particles, wherein the metastable thermoplastic particles are particles of semi-crystalline thermoplastic material with an amorphous polymer fraction that will undergo crystallization upon heating to a crystallization temperature T.sub.c. A fiber-reinforced polymeric composite material containing metastable thermoplastic particles is also disclosed.
CONSTRUCTION MEMBER
A construction member of one embodiment of the present disclosure includes a decorative film and a pre-mask: that is laminated to the decorative film and removed alter application of the decorative film is described. The decorative film includes: a transparent resin film having, an embossed first surface and a second surface opposite the first surface; a printed layer disposed on the second surface of the transparent resin: film; and a colored adhesive layer disposed on or above the printed layer. The pre-mask includes: a support film having a first surface and a second, surface opposite: the first surface; and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer that has an uneven surface and: is disposed on the first, surface of the support film. The first surface of the transparent resin film of the decorative film and the uneven surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer of the pre-mask face each other.
Fluororesin film and laminate, and method for producing hot pressed laminate
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a fluororesin film or fluororesin laminate excellent in heat resistance and excellent in interlayer adhesion to an object to be laminated, such as a prepreg, a method for producing a hot pressed laminate using said film or laminate, and a method for producing a printed circuit board. The fluororesin film contains a fluororesin having a melting point of from 260 to 380° C., and has an arithmetic average roughness Ra of at least 3.0 nm when inside of 1 μm.sup.2 of at least one surface thereof in the thickness direction is measured by an atomic force microscope. The laminate 1 has a layer A10 containing said fluororesin and a layer B12 made of another substrate, wherein the layer A10 has an arithmetic average roughness Ra of at least 3.0 nm when inside of 1 μm.sup.2 of a second surface 10b thereof is measured by an atomic force microscope.

CURABLE SILICONE COMPOSITION, CURED PRODUCT OF SAME, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING SAME
Provided is a curable silicone composition and uses thereof. The composition has hot-melt properties, strongly adheres to difficult-to-adhere to base materials, is particularly superior in flexibility and toughness at high temperatures from room temperature to about 150° C. in cured products such as overmolding, and provides a cured product that does not easily warp or become damaged even when integrally molded with a lead frame or the like. The composition comprises: (A1) an organopolysiloxane resin having no hot-melt properties as a whole molecule and contains 20 mol % or more of a siloxane unit represented by SiO.sub.4/2, (A2) a liquid chain organopolysiloxane having at least two curing-reactive functional groups in the molecule, (B) a silatrane derivative or carbasilatrane derivative, (C) a curing agent, and (D) a functional inorganic filler. The content of component (D) is at least 10% by volume. The composition has hot-melt properties at a temperature of 200° C. or lower.
PROBE PIN CLEANING PAD AND CLEANING METHOD FOR PROBE PIN
A probe pin cleaning pad including a release layer or composite plate, an adhesive layer, a substrate layer, a cleaning layer, and a polishing layer is provided. The adhesive layer is disposed on the release layer or composite plate. The substrate layer is disposed on the adhesive layer. The cleaning layer is disposed on the substrate layer. The polishing layer is disposed on the cleaning layer. A cleaning method for a probe pin is also provided.
COMPOSITE BOARD FROM PLASTIC WASTE
Plastic waste is shredded and formed to a desired shape and held together using a binder and/or heat, etc. The resulting composite material may be useful for building and/or furniture and/or flooring, etc. (similar to wood composite board). In some embodiments, the board is highly water resistant. Optionally, the board is made of layers. For example, an inner layer has reduced density and/or an outer layer may have decreased particle size and/or increased fiber content.
