A protective layer transfer sheet 100 including a transfer layer 10 provided on one surface of a substrate 1, wherein the transfer layer 10 has a single-layer structure composed only of a protective layer 5 or a layered structure in which the protective layer 10 is located nearest to a side of the substrate 1, and the protective layer 5 contains a styrene resin and a particulate organofluorine compound.

BIAXIALLY-ORIENTED POLYESTER FILM ROLL AND PRODUCTION METHOD THEREFOR

The invention provides a biaxially oriented polyester film roll which has excellent transparency and mechanical characteristics, as well as an excellent ability to be wound up into a roll and/or lubricity during film manufacturing operations, which is environmentally friendly, and which exhibits little variation in physical properties in the machine direction thereof even when in the form of a long film roll, i.e., a roll of long wound length, and a production method therefor. In particular, the invention provides a biaxially oriented polyester film roll, wound up at which there is a biaxially oriented polyester film comprising a polyester resin composition comprising particles and polyester resin recycled by the market and/or society and including PET bottles, the biaxially oriented polyester film roll satisfying predetermined ranges of haze, purge time for air, arithmetic mean height Sa, maximum projecting height Sp, and variation thereof.

RESIN COMPOSITION, RESIN-ATTACHED METAL FOIL, METAL-CLAD LAMINATED SHEET, AND CAPACITOR ELEMENT

A resin composition is provided including: coated particles, each including a core containing a metal oxide and a coating layer containing an aluminum hydrous oxide and provided on a surface of the core; and a resin. The metal oxide is represented by M.sub.xO.sub.y, where M represents at least one element selected from the group consisting of Ba, Ti, Sr, Pb, Zr, La, Ta, Ca, and Bi, and x and y each represent a number determined from a stoichiometric ratio according to the valence of the metal element M. The resin composition has an atomic ratio Al/(M+Al) of 0.05 or more and 0.7 or less, as determined by XPS for the particles contained in the resin composition.

[Problem] The purpose of the present invention is to provide a resin sheet which has good tactile sensation and can be secondarily molded on a member surface having a complicated shape, and a molded article thereof.

[Solution] Configuring a resin sheet having: a base layer having hair-like bodies arranged regularly on one surface thereof; and a substrate layer on the surface opposite the hair-like bodies of the base layer, wherein a thickness (a) of the substrate layer is 10 μm or greater and 250 μm or less, the thickness (a) of the substrate layer and a thickness (b) of the base layer satisfy a≤b, the substrate layer comprises a polycarbonate-based resin and/or a styrene-based resin, and the base layer and the hair-like bodies comprise a thermoplastic polyurethane resin.

Pith filled honeycomb insulating panels and packages

A biodegradable insulating panel for a package includes a first layer of biodegradable material, a second layer of biodegradable material opposite the first layer, a moisture repellant layer, a biodegradable honeycomb core, and granulated pith. The moisture repellant layer is disposed on exterior surfaces of the first and second layers. The biodegradable honeycomb core is disposed between the first and second layers. The granulated pith is disposed within the honeycomb core to increase the resistance to heat flow of the panel. The biodegradable insulating panel has a density no greater than about 300 kg/m.sup.3. A biodegradable insulating package includes a plurality of insulating panels. The biodegradable insulating package is thermally insulating such that a temperature of an item disposed in the package increases no greater than 0.24° C./min (e.g., during ASTM D3103 test).
