REACTIVE POLYURETHANE ADHESIVE COMPOSITION, POLYURETHANE PREPOLYMER, AND FLEXIBLE LAMINATES INCLUDING THE SAME
A polyurethane adhesive composition that includes a polyurethane prepolymer that includes the reaction product of a first polyol component that includes glycerol monoester and a polyisocyanate, and a second polyol. A polyurethane prepolymer that includes the reaction product of glycerol monoester, a hydroxy functional triglyceride, and a poly isocyanate.
FLEXIBLE SHEET-LIKE MATERIAL FOR BOUNDING A MATRIX MATERIAL FEED SPACE AND METHOD FOR THE PRODUCTION THEREOF
The flexible sheet-like material comprises a textile layer, which is coated at least on one side with a functional layer which is permeable to gas but impermeable to the matrix material, acting as a barrier layer for the matrix material, and is produced by coating the textile layer directly with a foam or a paste.
COMPONENT COMPOSED AT LEAST TO SOME EXTENT OF A LAYER STRUCTURE AND PROCESS FOR PRODUCTION THEREOF
The invention relates to a component having at least to some extent a layer structure, wherein the layer structure includes an elastomer layer with a density greater than 800 g/L, and a thermoset layer including at least 50% by weight of a first polyurethane. The invention further relates to a process for the production of a component of this type, the process including (i) provision of a female mold into which the individual layers of the layer structure are introduced, or of a male mold to which the individual layers of the layer structure are applied; (ii) production of the elastomer layer via spraying; (iii) production of the thermoset layer via spraying; and (iv) demolding of the resultant component. Step (ii) can be carried out before step (iii) or step (iii) can be carried out before step (ii).
CELLULAR STRUCTURES WITH TWELVE-CORNERED CELLS
A cellular structure may include a plurality of cells each having a twelve-cornered cross section. The twelve-cornered cross section may include twelve sides and twelve corners creating nine internal angles and three external angles. Each cell may include a plurality of longitudinal walls extending between a top and a bottom of the cell, the longitudinal walls intersecting to create corners of the cell. A structural component may include at least one wall surrounding a component interior space with a cellular structure having at least two cells positioned within the interior space. A sandwich structure may include first and second planar structures, and a cellular structure positioned between the first and second substantially planar structures.
NON-SLIP FOAM FLOOR MAT
A non-slip foam floor mat includes a mat body, a plastic film and a non-slip layer. The mat body is made of a foam material. The plastic film is attached to a surface of the mat body. The plastic film has a top surface. The top surface is processed by electric shock or flame to form a plurality of fine dents. The non-slip layer is formed of a non-slip coating coated on the top surface of the plastic film. The non-slip coating is embedded in the fine dents and tightly joined to the plastic film, thereby forming a high friction coefficient to achieve a non-slip effect.
SOUND DAMPENING PAD
A construction sound dampening pad is provided to avoid pseudo-adhesive state. The construction sound dampening pad mainly has the following features: a foamed layer, made of rubber or polymer materials through a foaming process, and formed with first and second surfaces; first and second porous fiber layers, both being a porous layer structure containing fiber materials, and respectively bonded on the first surface of the foamed layer and the second surface; they are bonded together by attaching the first porous fiber layer to the first surface and attaching the second porous fiber layer to the second surface when the foamed layer is still not cooled and solidified during the process of melting and foaming, so as to form a structure wherein part of the structure of the first and the second porous fiber layers penetrates into the first and second surface to achieve a strong and reliable bonding.
Multilayer housings
Example implementations relate to multilayer housings. In one example, multilayer housing can include a first continuous layer comprising copper, plastic, graphene, aluminum, titanium, magnesium, or combinations thereof, a void layer on the first continuous layer, wherein the void layer comprises from (5) volume percent (vol. %) to (95) vol. % voids; and a second continuous layer on the void layer, wherein the second continuous layer comprises copper, plastic, graphene, aluminum, titanium, magnesium, or combinations thereof.
Laminate, shoe sole, and shoe
A laminate of the present invention includes a first member which contains a thermoplastic polymer and through which laser light is transmitted and a second member which contains a thermoplastic polymer and absorbs laser light, wherein the first member is directly bonded to the second member, and A represented by the formula 1: A=−9×D+Wa−45 is more than zero. D represents a distance between a Hansen solubility parameter of the thermoplastic polymer of the first member and a Hansen solubility parameter of the thermoplastic polymer of the second member, and Wa represents work of adhesion calculated from each surface free energy of the first member and the second member. Such a first member and a second member are firmly bonded to each other without using a bonding sheet.
Liner and display device including the same
Provided are a liner and a display device including the same. The liner includes a first liner including a first shield can protection portion, a first grip portion, and a connection portion coupling the first shield can protection portion to the first grip portion, a second liner including a second shield can protection portion and a second grip portion, and a perforated line formed along a boundary between the first liner and the second shield can protection portion.
Laminate Surface Covering Suited for Marine Environments
A composite laminate surface covering member in the form of a sheet, panel or mat having an upper layer of bonded, vibration oriented, polymer granules, the upper layer being water permeable and possessing an extensive irregular channeling system formed by the voids between the granules, and a sub-layer of a closed cell polymer that is water impermeable. Additional layers for reinforcing purposes may also be present.
