A heating pad with a thermostatic control circuit coupled to a resistance heating element. The resistance heating element and an acrylic based polymer adhesive are glued between polyester film layers. The film layers and heating element are contained with a plastic sleeve. The thickness and properties of the polyester film and adhesive forms a fuse. The adhesive delaminates the polyester film at excessive temperatures causing the resistance heating element to sever thereby creating an open circuit that halts operation of the heating pad. The thermostatic control circuit includes a hysteresis circuit that compares analog signals across two thin film resistors to provide a control signal to a power controller to selectively vary the power output to the heating element. The thermostatic control circuit is an integrated circuit board disposed within the fused plastic sleeve.

An enameled substrate includes a first glass sheet including, on a first main face, a scattering layer made of scattering enamel, including a glassy matrix, the layer including at least a first scattering pattern of at least 0.1 mm and a of given surface area S0, wherein the glassy matrix is glass-crystalline, thus including microcrystals in a vitreous binder, the microcrystals being scattering and wherein the first scattering pattern is discontinuous, the scattering layer includes a content by weight of coloring additives of at most 10% of the total weight of the enamel.

A heatable wired laminated glazing for a vehicle. The automotive glazing is designed to be placed in front of an optical sensor and includes an internal glass sheet facing the optical sensor, and an external glass sheet facing the outside of the vehicle. The glazing is laminated and features an interlayer, with conductive wires, laminating the internal glass sheet and the external glass sheet together. The glazing further features a flat connector, partially embedded, connected to the conductive wires, and extending along the internal glass sheet towards the face of the internal glass sheet opposite the interlayer. The flat connector includes a control circuit designed to control the embedded conductive wires an active regulation system, designed to be connected to a battery of the vehicle and at least one thermistor. The thermistor is connected to the control circuit through the flat connector.

A composite pane includes an outer pane, an inner pane, an acoustic intermediate layer arranged between the inner pane and the outer pane, and a heating element, wherein the acoustic intermediate layer includes, in this order, a thicker layer, a functional layer, and a thinner layer, and the heating element is arranged within the thicker layer, wherein the layer thickness of the thicker layer is at least 10% greater than the layer thickness of the thinner layer.
