A METHOD TO COAT A BUILDING PANEL AND SUCH A COATED BUILDING PANEL
A method to at least partially coat a building panel, including applying a first coating composition on a building panel having a surface including at least portions including amino resins, for forming a first coating on at least said portions of said surface, wherein the first coating composition has a glass transition temperature less than 30 C. and reactive portions, applying a second coating composition on at least portions of the first coating for forming a second coating, wherein the second coating composition includes reactive portions adapted to react with the reactive portions of the first coating. The disclosure also relates to such a coated building panel.
METALLIZED SCRATCH-OFF ON-DEMAND PRINTED CONSTRUCT
A direct thermal printable construct, such as a ticket, game piece, coupon, collection piece, label, security card, or voucher includes a thermally printable medium and a metallized layer bonded directly or indirectly to the thermally printable medium. A thermosensitive imaging layer of the thermally printable medium is printable by exposing the metallized layer to localized heat of a thermal printer for inducing local changes in the color of the thermosensitive imaging layer that are obscured from view through both the metallized layer and a base substrate of the thermally printable medium. One or more areas of the metallized layer are arranged to be removable by a scratching action using a fingernail or coin for revealing the underlying local changes in the color of the thermosensitive imaging layer.
DECORATIVE FILM AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING DECORATIVE MOLDED BODY USING SAME
Disclosed herein is a polypropylene-based decorative film to be used for three-dimensional decorative thermoforming, which film is capable of achieving both of sufficient adhesive strength and product appearance and is easy to recycle. A decorative film of the present disclosure contains a layer (II) including a resin composition (B) containing a polypropylene-based resin (B), in which the resin composition (B) satisfies the following requirements (b1) and (b2):(b1) the melt flow rate (MFR)(B) (230 C., a load of 2.16 kg) is 40 g/10 minutes or less, and (b2) the strain hardening degree is 1.1 or more
COSMETIC SHEET AND COSMETIC PLATE
The present invention provides a low-gloss decorative sheet having an appropriately low level of wiping resistance, and thereby enables strongly adhering grime to be easily wiped off, thus being excellent in terms of easy cleanability. The present invention provides a decorative sheet comprising a base material sheet and at least a surface-protecting layer on the base material sheet, (1) the base material sheet being a thermoplastic resin sheet, (2) the surface-protecting layer having a surface free energy of 40 mJ/m.sup.2 or more, (3) an arithmetic average roughness (Ra0.08) measured on the surface side of the surface-protecting layer at a cutoff value of 0.08 mm with an evaluation length of 0.4 mm by a measurement method in accordance with JIS B0601:2001 being 0.60 m or less, and (4) a specular glossiness on the surface-protecting layer side of the decorative sheet at an incident angle of 60 being 23 or less.
CHROMATIC MIRROR, CHROMATIC PANEL AND APPLICATIONS THEREOF
Chromatic components are presented which alleviate the usage in various applications in that this chromatic component is, according to a first aspect of the present application, made-up of a mirroring surface and a diffusing layer in front of the mirroring surface, which preferentially scatters short-wavelength components of impinging light with respect to long-wavelength components of the impinging light, and in that according to another aspect, the chromatic component is made up of a stratified-glass panel which comprises two less sheets sandwiching an adhesive transparent polymeric film wherein the adhesive transparent polymeric film forms a diffusing layer which preferentially scatters short-wavelength components of light passing the stratified-glass panel with respect to long-wavelength components of this light with respect to long-wavelength components of the same.
CO-EXTRUDED ONE-TIME-FORMED SOLAR CELL MODULE BACKBOARD IN THREE-LAYER STRUCTURE
The present invention discloses a co-extruded one-time-formed solar cell module backboard in a three-layer structure. The backboard is formed by co-extruding three layers: a middle layer located in the middle as well as an outer layer and an inner layer located at two sides of the middle layer, and has high water resisting capability, high reflective rate, good long-term aging resistance performances of hydrolysis resistance, UV resistance and heat resistance and good recoverability and environmental protection performance. Compared with the prior art, the backboard has better water resisting ability, higher reflectivity, better long-term aging resistance performances of hydrolysis resistance, UV resistance and heat resistance, better recoverability and environmental protection performance and lower cost. Compared with a backboard in a co-extruded structure in the prior art, the backboard of the present invention has better heat resistance, better dimensional stability and higher mechanical breaking strength.
ORNAMENTAL LAMINATE FILM, AND POUCH-TYPE CONTAINER AND SEALING MATERIAL HAVING ORNAMENTAL LAMINATE FILM
The present invention relates to an ornamental laminate film made from at least an inside film and an outside film, provided with a letter and/or a pattern by printing and as a raised part protruding toward the outside film. At least apart of the letter and/or the pattern has a metallic luster and differs in at least one of hue, brightness, chroma and glossiness from a region other than the letter and/or the pattern, and the raised part is formed along at least a part of the letter and/or the pattern. As a result of that, an ornamental laminate film with excellent design is provided without impairing its function as a packaging material.
