The coating may include an outer surface and an internal surface. The internal surface may be in contact with the polyolefin film. The coating may include polyurethane. The outer surface of the coating may be an outer surface of the coated film. At least a portion of a surface of the coated film that includes the coating may have a gloss of from 40 units to 100 units at 60 or a matte finish of 15 units to 30 units at 85. The polyurethane may be formed from an isocyanate component having an isocyanate (NCO) content greater than 10%.

MULTILAYER HEAT-SHRINKABLE BARRIER FILM AND PACKAGES MADE THEREFROM

A multilayer shrink film having at least two barrier layers. The barrier layers including ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer with an ethylene content of between 27-50 mol %. The multilayer shrink film having a free shrink of at least 60% at 85 C. measured in accordance with ASTM D2732. The multilayer shrink film having an oxygen transmission rate of no more than: 20 cubic centimeters (at standard temperature and pressure) per square meter per day per 1 atmosphere of oxygen pressure differential measured at 0% relative humidity and 23 C. measured according to ASTM D-3985. The multilayer shrink film having a haze after shrink of less than 50% measured in accordance with ASTM D 1003.

Soft matte non-silicone film

The present invention relates to a polymeric film, which may have but is not limited to Biaxially oriented polyester, polypropylene & polylactic acid that has a soft-touch matte coating applied via an in-line coating process. This film also has an increased coefficient of friction of this surface, with a total thickness from 5 to 80 m. The film of this invention has excellent suitability as external packaging bags with an excellent matte appearance and soft haptic feel which, when the bags are stacked A side to A side (A side being coated), are not subject to slippage between the same. At the same time, this film has also low friction with metal, so it is easy to handle the film in the film making process which contributes to the excellent productivity.

The base layer includes a first base sections having a first composition of polyvinyl chloride, filler, and plasticizer, a second base sections having a second composition with a higher content of polyvinyl and plasticizer than the first composition, and a glass fiber section positioned between the first base section and the second base section.

LAMINATE FILM AND ARTICLE

This laminate film provides desired optical properties regardless of the luster or surface roughness of the adherend and exhibits excellent durability, even under high-humidity conditions. The film includes, in order, a protective film, a coating layer, a resin substrate, and an adhesive layer, with the protective film and the coating layer positioned adjacent to each other. When the protective film is peeled from the laminate at a specific rate, the surface roughness (Rac, Rap), surface free energy (ac, ap), and Martens hardness of the coating layer meet specific criteria. Additionally, the 60 gloss values (G(IL), G(IC)) of the laminate film, both alone and in combination with the adherend, satisfy certain equations. After damp heat testing, the 60 gloss (G(A)) of the composite and the 60 gloss (G(IC)) satisfy a specific equation.
