The present invention relates to a polyvinyl acetal resin film, comprising a polyvinyl acetal resin material, wherein the polyvinyl acetal resin film has a thickness of 5 to 350 μm, and satisfies the following Formulae (1) and (2) where, comparing one surface and the other surface, a mean value of the 10-point average roughness of a rougher surface A and a mean value of the 10-point average roughness of a smoother surface B are defined as Rz1(a) μm and Rz2(a) μm, respectively:

To provide a quantum dot-containing resin sheet or film, a method for producing the same, and a wavelength conversion member that can, in particular, solve the problem of aggregation of the quantum dots and the problem with the use of a scattering agent, suppress a decrease in light conversion efficiency, and improve the light conversion efficiency of a resin molded product containing quantum dots. The quantum dot-containing resin sheet or film of the present invention includes a stack of a plurality of resin layers, at least one of the resin layers containing quantum dots, and the plurality of resin layers is integrally molded through co-extrusion.
PACKAGING FOIL COMPRISING A LUMINESCENT COMPOUND
The invention relates to a multi-layered packaging foil comprising a layer L-1 having an oxygen gas transmission rate OGTR-1; a luminescent compound having the property that its luminescence is capable of being quenched by oxygen; and a layer L-2 adhering to L-1 and to the luminescent compound. The layer L-2 has an oxygen gas transmission rate OGTR-2 that is at least 20 times higher than OGTR-1, and the luminescent compound is present between L-1 and L-2. The invention further relates to a packaging comprising a packaging foil of the invention and to a method for measuring the oxygen content in a packaging.

Decorative Film and Article Integrated Therewith
A decorative film that can handle various adherend shapes and application methods and has a visual effect that changes according to viewing angle. The decorative film of one embodiment includes a substrate layer, a photoluminescent layer that is adjacent to the substrate layer and has an unevenly-shaped surface, a transparent resin layer adjacent to the photoluminescent layer, and an outermost layer. A storage elastic modulus of at least the substrate layer or the transparent resin layer is 1×10.sup.6 Pa to 1.5×10.sup.8 Pa in a temperature range of 100° C. to 150° C. when measured under conditions of a frequency of 10 Hz and a shearing mode.
