COMPOSITE THERMOPLASTIC FILM AND THE MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
A composite thermoplastic film and the manufacturing method are provided in the present invention. The method includes: providing a first structural layer and a second structural layer; performing a co-extrusion step to form a composite layer, in which to use a first extruding machine to perform the co-extrusion step, so the first structural layer is divided into a first thermal fuse film and a third thermal fuse film, and use a second extruding machine to perform the co-extrusion step, so the second structural layer is formed as a second thermal fuse film and disposed between the first thermal fuse film and the third thermal fuse film to form a composite layer; and performing a film-forming step, the composite layer is cooled to form a film through a forming wheel, and a rotating speed of the forming wheel can be controlled to acquire a desired thickness of the composite thermoplastic film.
Multilayer film for label and a method for providing such
The invention relates to providing a method for obtaining a multilayer film for thermally inducible shrink labels, products thereof and use of such products. The invention provides a multilayer film for labelling, the multilayer film comprising a first skin layer, a second skin layer and a core layer between the first skin layer and the second skin layer, wherein at least one of the first skin layer and the second skin layer comprises cyclic olefin copolymer and the core layer comprises copolymer of ethylene and butyl acrylate or propylene terpolymer.
WATERPROOF AND WEAR-RESISTANT COMPOSITE FLOOR AND PRODUCTION METHOD
A production method for a waterproof and wear-resistant composite floor, comprising: first manufacturing a PVC composite layer preform (3); then performing a corona treatment and a punching treatment on a soft cushion layer (2); and finally, compounding, at one time, the PVC composite layer preform (3), the soft cushion layer (2) and a waterproof substrate layer (1) into one. Said process is simple and easy to implement, shortening the production cycle, reducing the manpower and material resources required by the production process and reducing the production cost; moreover, the waterproof and wear-resistant composite floor produced has a simple structure, and also has very good waterproof and wear-resistant performance; in addition, the waterproof and wear-resistant composite floor will not swell, and will also not split into layers or deform easily.
Miniature device having an acoustic diaphragm
A method of forming a device having a compliant member includes creating a membrane having one or more elastomeric layers which are at least partially cured. Another elastomeric layer is provided on the membrane in an uncured state. At least one of a bobbin and a housing are positioned so that an end of the bobbin or housing, or the ends of both the bobbin and housing, extend at least partially into the uncured elastomeric layer. The uncured elastomeric layer is then cured to secure it to the membrane and to the housing or bobbin, or both the housing and bobbin. The method substantially reduces or eliminates the formation of holes that can form during fabrication or use of the device.
Elastic composite sheet manufacturing method
An elastic resin material having a thermoplastic elastic resin as a main component is heated and melted, and the elastic resin material is discharged in a film or a linear shape from a discharge mechanism to form a film-shape or a linear-shape intermediate product. At a temperature above the temperature region at which the elastic resin material elastically deforms, extending is performed until the thickness or width of the film-shape intermediate product or the thickness of the linear-shape intermediate product assumes a prescribed value; with a cooling roller, the intermediate product is cooled to the temperature region at which the elastic resin material elastically deforms, and the intermediate product is hardened, forming a film-shape or linear-shape elastic member. The elastic member is stretched with a stretch roller to a prescribed stretching ratio, and the stretched elastic member is laminated on and bonded to a first base material sheet.
Method and apparatus for forming a composite fuselage structure
A method and apparatus for forming a composite structure. A plurality of consolidated overbraided thermoplastic preforms are co-consolidated in a circumferential stackup that is circumferentially constrained. Fibers of the plurality of consolidated overbraided thermoplastic preforms are tensioned during co-consolidation.
LAMINATE COMPOSITE
A laminate composite composed of at least two laminations (1, 7) and an imprint located between them (3). The lamination (7) includes at least two layers (4, 5, 6). One layer (5) includes a UV absorber to protect the imprint. This layer (5) is characterized by having a lower density than the other layers (4, 6). The other layers (4, 6) preferably have a density that is higher relative to the one layer (5) by a factor of 1.005, in particular by a factor of 1.01, preferably by a factor of 1.015.
ADHESIVE FILM FOR METAL TERMINAL, METHOD FOR PRODUCING ADHESIVE FILM FOR METAL TERMINAL, METAL TERMINAL WITH ADHESIVE FILM FOR METAL TERMINAL ATTACHED THERETO, POWER STORAGE DEVICE USING SAID ADHESIVE FILM FOR METAL TERMINAL, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING POWER STORAGE DEVICE
An adhesive film for a metal terminal is interposed between a metal terminal electrically connected to an electrode of a power storage device element, and a power storage device exterior material that seals the power storage device element, the adhesive film comprising a laminated body including, in the following order: a first polyolefin layer disposed on the metal terminal side; a base material; and a second polyolefin layer disposed on the power storage device exterior material side, wherein the adhesive film has a Martens hardness of at most 30 N/mm.sup.2 as measured in a direction perpendicular to a cross-section in the thickness direction of the first polyolefin layer.
Wetsuit garment fabricated as reinforcedly joined by substantially elastic joining member
A method for fabricating wetsuit garment including wetsuits, boots and gloves for water sports uses, comprising preparation of at least a substantially elastic joining member made of hot melt adhesive, and joining at least two interconnected panels of rubber foam or sponge by the substantially elastic joining member to cover and seal the seam between the two interconnected panels for firmly bonding the two interconnected panels for making a strong, elastic and flexible wetsuit garment.
