An optical laminate structure including first and second layers each having a bonding face, at least one step on at least one of the bonding faces, a retarder layer between the first and second layers, and first and second adhesive layers. The first layer may cause outgassing. The retarder layer has first and second bonding faces facing the first and second layers, respectively. The first adhesive layer bonds together the bonding face of the first layer and the first bonding face of the retarder layer and has such hardness that suppresses the outgassing at an interface between the first layer and the first adhesive layer. The second adhesive layer bonds together the bonding face of the second layer and the second bonding face of the retarder layer, is more flexible than the first adhesive layer, and has such hardness as to get distorted by the step and thereby absorb height of the step.

Provided is a molding packaging material capable of sealing without causing sealing failure, significantly reducing cleaning frequency of a seal bar to improve productivity, and preventing occurrence of delamination. The molding packaging material includes a PBT terephthalate (PBT) layer 2, a heat fusible resin layer 3, and a metal foil layer 4 between the two layers. The PBT layer 2 and the metal foil layer 4 are bonded via an outer adhesive layer 5. The outer adhesive layer 5 is formed of a urethane adhesive cured film composed of a polyester polyol, a polyfunctional isocyanate compound, and polyhydric alcohol. The polyester polyol contains a dicarboxylic acid component, the dicarboxylic acid component includes an aromatic dicarboxylic acid. The dicarboxylic acid component contains an aromatic dicarboxylic acid. The content rate of the aromatic dicarboxylic acid in the dicarboxylic acid component is 40 mol % to 80 mol %. The Young's modulus of the cured film of the urethane adhesive is 70 MPa to 400 MPa. The PBT layer has tensile strength of 100 MPa to 300 MPa.

The invention is directed to a method for producing a composite material comprising a biofabricated material and a secondary component. The secondary component may be a porous material, such as a sheet of paper, cellulose, or fabric that has been coated or otherwise contacted with the biofabricated material. The biofabricated material comprises a uniform network of crosslinked collagen fibrils and provides strength, elasticity and an aesthetic appearance to the composite material.

The thermally conductive sheet has a high thermal conductivity and an insulating property, is capable of being readily fixed to an adherend, and is easy to handle.

Multi-layer films, and processes to make the films, that enable the delivery of a substrate featuring a peelable thin layer of low haze, amorphous, isotropic film with the desired properties of high modulus, high usage temperature, UV blockage, and toughness The films are made using a co-extrusion, co-orientation and annealing process to enable the delivery of a thin isotropic, UV blocking layer on top of a release layer and support substrate. These film constructions can be kept together during additional processing steps such as coating and converting. The release and dimensionally stable substrate layer can be easily removed once processing steps are completed.
