Self-cleanable transparent conductive surface/film
A self-cleaning transparent conductive surface includes a hydrophobic film and a metal nano-web coupled to the hydrophobic film. The metal nano-web imparts conductive properties to the surface of the film and texturing formed by either the hydrophobic film, substrate or metal nano-web create a super-hydrophobic surface. This super-hydrophobic and conductive surface may be created by etching and layering a metal nano-web over the surface of a hydrophobic film or a rigid substrate, the metal grid may the hydrophobic film or substrate may also be etched in a moth's eye pattern. Both the hydrophobic film or substrate and metal nano-web may be coated in a layer of hydrophobic material to further increase the hydrophobic effect.
Roofing underlayment with hydrophobic nonwoven core
A roofing underlayment includes a hydrophobic nonwoven core layer that provides enhanced resistance to water infiltration. In addition to the hydrophobic nonwoven core layer, the roofing underlayment includes a coating layer adhered to a surface of the hydrophobic nonwoven core layer, and an exterior surface layer adhered to the coating layer. A release liner and a method for producing the same are provided. The release liner includes a resin base layer and two resin release layers. The resin base layer has two surfaces opposite to each other. The two resin release layers are respectively formed on the two surfaces of the resin base layer. Each of the resin release layers includes: a non-polar resin material and a polar resin material. In each of the resin release layers, the polar resin material is dispersed in the non-polar resin material in a plurality of granular forms, an average particle size of the polar resin material ranges from 0.1 μm to 10 μm, and a content of the polar resin material in the resin release layer ranges from 10 wt % to 50 wt %, so that a surface roughness (Ra) of the resin release layer ranges from 0.1 μm to 10 μm.

The present invention is a liquid-repellent film or sheet that exhibits an excellent liquid repellency, and a packaging material using the same. The liquid-repellent film or sheet comprises: a substrate layer (2); an adhesive layer (3) that comprises a thermoplastic resin, and is formed on at least one plane of the substrate layer (2); and a liquid-repellent layer (4) that comprises a resin (6) having a liquid-repellent moiety, and hydrophilic particles (5), and is formed on the surface of the adhesive layer (3).

A flooring system may include a gypsum or gypsum-concrete underlayment over the fabric composite or the mat. The fabric composite may be free of halogenated agents.
