Metal-clad laminated board, method for producing metal-clad laminated board, resin-attached metal member, method for producing resin-attached metal member, wiring board and method for producing wiring board
A metal-clad laminated board includes an insulating layer and a metal layer in contact with at least one surface of the insulating layer. The insulating layer includes a cured product of a thermosetting resin composition containing a reaction product of a polyphenylene ether and an epoxy compound. The polyphenylene ether has 1.5 to 2 hydroxyl groups on average in one molecule, and the epoxy compound has 2 to 2.3 epoxy groups on average in one molecule. In the metal-clad laminated board, the reaction product has a terminal hydroxyl group concentration of 700 μmol/g or less. The metal layer includes a metal substrate and a barrier layer containing cobalt. The barrier layer is provided on the metal substrate at a side close to a contact surface of the metal layer with the insulating layer. The contact surface has surface roughness of 2 μm or less in ten-point average roughness Rz.
FLUID TRANSPORT TUBING INCORPORATING A GRAPHENE IMPREGNATED OUTER COATING
An article and method for forming a coated metal pipe for use as an automotive fluid transport tube including a copper plated carbon steel tubing formed into a circular cross sectional profile. At least one intermediate layer including any of a corrosion inhibiting zinc/aluminum alloy, electroplated zinc or hot dip aluminum is applied over said tubing. One or more outer polymer or copolymer layers are applied over the intermediate layer, with the outer layer or multi-layers compounded with a graphene or graphene oxide powder.
Method of manufacturing a lightweight laminate
A method of producing a laminated article comprising placing a first metal skin, a core, and a second metal skin freely onto each other as discreet layers to provide a layered component; and forming the layered component into a shaped article via a die prior to producing a laminated article by applying pressure and heat to the shaped article, wherein at least the first skin moves relative to the core and/or second skin during the forming.
THERMALLY-BONDABLE MULTI-LAYERED COMPOSITE FILM FOR MANUFACTURING OUTDOOR CLOTHING, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SAME
Provided are a multi-layered composite film that may be thermally-bonded to a fabric by using a hot melt adhesive that is dot-coated on the surface thereof, and a method of manufacturing the same. In particular, the present invention relates to: a thermally-bondable multi-layered composite film which can be used in the manufacture of outdoor clothing, has excellent breathability and waterproofing properties, and can simplify the process of manufacturing the outdoor clothing; and to a method for manufacturing same.
VAPORIZABLE ANTICORROSIVE COATING PAPER AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFOR
Disclosed is an anticorrosive coating paper and a method for manufacturing the paper. The paper includes a base material containing an anticorrosive agent, a film layer adhered to one surface of the base material and configured to provide a vaporization passage for the anticorrosive agent, and a reinforcing material layer adhered to the other surface of the base material. The method incudes punching a film and providing a film layer having a flow passage that provides a vaporization passage for an anticorrosive agent, adhering the film layer having the flow passage to one surface of a base material containing the anticorrosive agent, and adhering a reinforcing material layer to the other surface of the base material.

COMPOSITE ELEMENT AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME
A composite element and a method of manufacturing the same. The composite element comprises a first skin plate and second skin plate, which are manufactured as separate pieces and are assembled in a separate phase. At least the first skin plate comprises several protrusions on an outer surface of the plate. The protrusions serve as local stiffeners and are further stiffened by means of one or more additional composite structures arranged inside the protrusions.
Pressure sensitive adhesive composition including ultraviolet light-absorbing oligomer
A composition that includes a blend of a pressure sensitive adhesive and an ultraviolet light-absorbing oligomer. The oligomer has a first divalent unit having a pendent ultraviolet absorbing group and a second divalent unit represented by formula in which R.sup.1 is hydrogen or methyl, and R.sup.2 is alkyl having from 4 to 20 carbon atom. Articles including the composition are disclosed. For example, an assembly including a barrier film and the composition is also disclosed. ##STR00001##
Reinforced rigid insulation
A reinforced insulation assembly is disclosed. The assembly includes insulation, a reinforcement layer, and an adhesive for attaching the reinforcement layer to a surface of the insulation. The reinforced layer is fully immersed within the adhesive and penetrates the surface of the insulation.
Rust proofing treatment liquid for threaded part, method for producing rust-proofed threaded part, and rust-proofed threaded part
Threaded parts such as bolts are rust-proofed by using a treatment liquid including a binder resin containing silica and at least one of a modified epoxy resin obtained by graft polymerization using a carboxylic acid-containing acrylic polymer as a side chain and a modified acrylic resin obtained by graft polymerization using a carboxylic acid-containing acrylic polymer as a side chain. By using this treatment liquid, coating treatment can be carried out at one time without need to use an organic solvent. There is an advantage that the friction coefficient does not increase even when tightening is repeated.
