Method for producing printed wiring board
Printed wiring boards, in which the insulating layer exhibits excellent peel strength with respect to a conductive layer after a roughening treatment, even when using a resin composition having a high content of inorganic filler, may be obtained by: (A) laminating, onto an internal layer substrate, an adhesive sheet which includes a support and a resin composition layer in contact with the support, so that the resin composition layer is in contact with the internal layer substrate; (B) thermally curing the resin composition layer to form an insulating layer; and (C) removing the support, when the support satisfies certain conditions (TD1) and (TD2) in a TD direction thereof when it is heated under specific heating conditions.
Honeycomb sandwich panel paint ready surface
A method for curing a composite panel, including the steps of inserting a Biaxially Oriented Polypropylene release film into a mold, and curing the panel using a cold-in/cold-out process at a lowermost temperature within the panel's temperature curing range. The process further includes the use of a twice smoothed caul sheet, where the smoothing includes a coarse sanding and a fine sanding.
Method of making fire resistant sustainable aircraft interior panels
The present invention relates to method of manufacturing an aircraft interior panel comprising a core sandwiched between first and second skins, wherein both of the first and second skins are formed from natural fibers containing non-halogenated fire-retardant and set within an inorganic thermoset resin, thereby forming a fire-resistant sustainable aircraft interior panel. The method comprises impregnating the natural fibers with non-halogenated fire retardant and an inorganic thermoset resin, and laying up the resin-impregnated natural fibers to sandwich the core. This stack is then cured by raising the temperature of the stack sufficient to initiate curing but without reaching the boiling point of water in the stack, holding the stack at that first temperature before raising the temperature again to reach the boiling point of water in the stack, before cooling the stack.
METHODS, SYSTEM AND APPARATUSES FOR IN SITU REMOVAL OF WINDOW DISTORTION
Methods systems and apparatuses for reducing or substantially eliminating distortion in a transparent substrate in situ are disclosed.
Automotive glazing with anti-fingerprint coating
Due to the increased glazed area of modern vehicles, especially the large panoramic glass roofs, we have seen a substantial growth in the use of anti-reflective coatings. Unfortunately, these types of coatings accentuate fingerprints and smudges. The invention provides an automotive glazing which is substantially resistant to fingerprints, and a method of manufacture thereof through the application of an anti-fingerprint coating based on low surface energy silanes.
Phosphor particles, composite, wavelength conversion member, and projector
Phosphor particles for producing a wavelength conversion member of a projector, including CASN, and/or SCASN. A cured sheet having a film thickness of 505 m produced by using the particle satisfies the following optical characteristics: when an intensity at a peak wavelength of blue light emitted from a blue LED having a peak wavelength between 450 to 460 nm is defined as Ii [W/nm], and where the blue light is emitted to one surface side of the cured sheet, when an intensity of light emitted from the other surface side of the cured sheet at a peak wavelength between 450 to 460 nm is defined as It [W/nm] and an intensity thereof at a peak wavelength between 600 to 650 nm is defined as Ip [W/nm], It/Ii is equal to or less than 0.2 and Ip/Ii is equal to or more than 0.05.
METHOD FOR BONDING POLYIMIDE FILM, BONDING DEVICE, AND BONDED STRUCTURE HAVING POLYIMIDE FILM BONDING PART
A polyimide film bonding method according to an embodiment may include: bonding two polyimide films to each other by bringing a hot plate into contact with a portion where the two polyimide films are superposed. A heating temperature by the contact with the hot plate is 450 C. or higher. A contact time between the polyimide films and the hot plate is 12 seconds or less. A polyimide film bonding method according to another embodiment may include: bonding two polyimide films to each other by irradiating, with a laser beam, a portion where the two polyimide films are superposed. A top surface of the superposed polyimide films is irradiated with the laser beam while a bottom surface of the superposed polyimide films is kept tightly attached to a heat insulator.
BONDED METAL AND THERMOPLASTIC COMPONENTS
A method for bonding components is provided. The method includes preparing a surface of a metal component, applying a film adhesive to the prepared surface, forming a thermoplastic component using injection molding such that the film adhesive is positioned between the metal component and the thermoplastic component, and curing the film adhesive.
METHOD FOR THE PRODUCTION OF A MULTI-LAYER DATA MEDIUM WITH SECURITY INSCRIPTIONS
Disclosed is a method for the production of a multi-layer data medium by the hot rolling under pressure of a plurality of superimposed layers (12) having security inscriptions. Marking rolling is carried out on at least one layer to be marked (12a) covered with a marking film (20, 21) bearing inscriptions (22) in vitrophany applied in contact with the layer to be marked, then the marking film is separated from the layer to be marked, the latter having the security inscriptions.
THERMOPLASTIC COMPOSITE AND ITS MANUFACTURING
The present invention provides a roll-to-roll continuous manufacturing process for producing a thermoplastic composite laminate comprising extruding a thermoplastic resin into a film article, surface treating a fiber material with a special sizing and laminating at least one layer of thermoplastic film and at least one layer of the surfaced treated fiber material into a composite sheet at a temperature above the melting or softening point of the thermoplastic film and under pressure applied by nipping rolls or nipping belts.
