A method for fabricating a flexible display device is provided. The method comprises: attaching a first flexible substrate of the flexible display device onto a conductive adhesive layer, wherein the conductive adhesive layer is disposed on a conductive rigid substrate; fabricating other parts of the flexible display device on the first flexible substrate; aging the conductive adhesive layer; peeling off the flexible substrate from the conductive rigid substrate so as to obtain the flexible display device.

A metal-on-ceramic substrate comprises a ceramic layer, a first metal layer, and a bonding layer joining the ceramic layer to the first metal layer. The bonding layer includes thermoplastic polyimide adhesive that contains thermally conductive particles. Each pair of conductors includes a plurality of first conductors, and the first conductors are axially extending and arranged in parallel. The low-k dielectric layers are embedded in the first insulation layer. Each of the pair of conductors or each of the first conductors is covered and surrounded with one low-k dielectric layer. The two second insulation layers are located on two surfaces of the first insulation layer. The shielding layer is located on the two second insulation layers opposite to the first insulation layer.
