The invention relates to a method for producing a bobbin comprising a plurality of wounds of a laminated sheet, the method comprising the steps of: providing a continuous sheet of alkaloids containing material having a free surface; providing a continuous sheet of a first protective material having a free surface; adhering the free surface of the continuous sheet of the first protective material to the free surface of the continuous sheet of alkaloids containing material to form a continuous laminated sheet comprising at least one layer of alkaloids containing material and at least one layer of a first protective material, wherein said at least one layer of alkaloids containing material and said at least one layer of a first protective material define an adhesion surface between them; feeding said laminated sheet to a rotatable center core; rotating the center core so as to wind said continuous laminated sheet around it in such a way to form said bobbin comprising a plurality of wounds of a continuous laminated sheet comprising at least one layer of alkaloids containing material and at least one layer of a first protective material.

Adhesive fabrication process for garments and other fabric products
A process for fabricating a three-dimensional, multi-layered fabric product with a moisture barrier is provided. A partially seamed inner lining fabric assembly having at least a two-dimensional shape is laminated with a membrane barrier film having flaps left un-laminated to cover at least one seam. The inner lining fabric assembly is further seamed and flaps of the of the membrane barrier film overlapped into contact with each other and sealed to provide a continuous moisture barrier. A process for fabricating a stretchable section of a garment with a moisture barrier is also provided. At least a section of a garment is formed from fibers arranged in a pattern having a direction of stretch in one direction and a three-dimensional surface texture such that a portion of the fibers protrude above another portion of the fibers. The stretchable section is stretched in the direction of stretch. Segments of a membrane barrier film are adhered to an outer edge of the protruding portion of the fibers while the section is stretched in the direction of stretch, leaving intermediate segments of the barrier film free from adherence to the section. In this way, the intermediate segments of the membrane barrier film include slack that folds up to form ruches when the section is in a relaxed state.
PRINTER ASSEMBLY LOW FRICTION ROLLER LINER
The present disclosure relates to a low friction roller liner for a printer assembly that may include a core layer, a first outer layer overlying a first surface of the core layer, a second outer layer overlying the first outer layer, a first inner layer overlying a second surface of the core layer that is opposite of the first surface of the core layer, and a second inner layer overlying the first inner layer. The first outer layer and the first inner layer may include a fluoropolymer material and may have a melt flow rate of at least about 2 g/10 min at 372 C. The second outer layer and the second inner layer may include a fluoropolymer material distinct from the fluoropolymer material of the first outer layer and may have a surface coefficient of friction of not greater than about 0.2.

A method of correcting, in a composite component, an inappropriate countersink with an inappropriate maximum diameter and/or depth, the inappropriate countersink being provided in the composite component at a fixation opening having a first opening diameter, the method comprising at least the steps of: Preparing a repair patch; Arranging the repair patch on the composite component in an area surrounding the inappropriate countersink; Pressing the repair patch at least partly into the inappropriate countersink by means of an associated pressure tool; and Fixing the repair patch in the inappropriate countersink.

An acidic gas separation membrane sheet causes an acidic gas to selectively permeate therethrough. The acidic gas separation membrane sheet includes a first porous layer, a hydrophilic resin composition layer, and a second porous layer in this order. A second peel strength between the second porous layer and the hydrophilic resin composition layer is less than a first peel strength between the first porous layer and the hydrophilic resin composition layer. An average value of the second peel strength is within a range of greater than or equal to 5 N/m and less than or equal to 500 N/m.

A gas barrier film has, in sequence, a support, an inorganic layer disposed on one surface side of the support, an adhesive layer disposed on a surface of the inorganic layer, and a resin layer disposed on a surface of the adhesive layer in which the adhesive layer has a thickness of 15 m or less, and the adhesion strength between the inorganic layer and the adhesive layer is 21 N/25 mm or more and 60 N/25 mm or less. A method for producing a gas barrier film includes an inorganic layer deposition step and a bonding step in a vacuum.
