A multilayer container having a polyester layer comprising a thermoplastic polyester resin (X) and a polyamide layer comprising a polyamide resin (Y), wherein the polyester layer is an innermost layer and the polyamide layer is an interlayer, and the polyamide resin (Y) comprises a polyamide resin (Y-1) comprising a structural unit derived from a diamine and a structural unit derived from a dicarboxylic acid, 70 mol % or more of the structural unit derived from a diamine being a structural unit derived from xylylenediamine; and 70 mol % or more of the structural unit derived from a dicarboxylic acid being a structural unit derived from an α,ω-linear aliphatic dicarboxylic acid having 4 to 20 carbon atoms, and wherein a stretching ratio in a transverse direction (TD) is 2.2 times or more, and a stretching ratio in a machine direction (MD) to the stretching ratio in the transverse direction (TD) (MD/TD) is 0.6 or more and less than 1.0.
MULTILAYER SINGLE-DOSE EASY OPEN BOTTLE WITH PE/PET/PP CONFIGURATION AND PRE-CUT TOP
In the alcohol market or in the liquor industries, it is common to find that the packaging activity is carried out in glass bottles and on some occasions in PET (POLYETHYLENE TEREFALATE) and PP (POLYPROPYLENE) type containers. In the case of these latter packages, there are problems of conservation of quality, aroma and flavor, since they give off particles because they are not completely resistant to alcohol. Now, glass bottles are the most used since thanks to their 10 barrier property they preserve the flavor and quality of these kinds of drinks for longer, maintaining the level of alcohol, aroma and flavor from bottling but having serious transport and packaging problems.
The present invention provides a bottle of a new multilayer material in 15 that is packaged in a smaller dose than conventional ones, also called single-dose liquor or spirits, in which the preservation of the liquor is guaranteed for a prolonged period thanks to the incorporation of a technical solution that does not allow the release of particles in the drink for up to 27 months. Likewise, the new bottle has an easy open system that allows guaranteeing the non-reuse of the packaging to pack adulterated liquor, which is a frequent problem in the liquor industry.

Solution to the problem: Use an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer resin composition contains: (A) an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer; (B) an aliphatic carboxylic acid metal salt; and (C) a sorbic acid ester; wherein the aliphatic carboxylic acid metal salt (B) contains a metal moiety selected from the group consisting of long Periodic Table 10.sup.th to 12.sup.th element metals; wherein the sorbic acid ester (C) is present in an amount of 0.0001 to 10 ppm based on the total amount of the ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer (A), the aliphatic carboxylic acid metal salt (B), and the sorbic acid ester (C).

ADHESIVE FOR POLYOLEFIN AND MULTILAYERED STRUCTURE
A multilayered structure that includes an olefin resin layer and a gas-barrier layer. An adhesive layer is provided adjoining the olefin resin layer and the gas-barrier layer, the adhesive layer consisting of an acid-modified olefin resin. The acid-modified olefin resin has methyl branches in a number of 10 to 200 per 1000 carbon atoms on a main chain thereof, and has not more than 50 branches that are larger than the methyl groups.
MULTILAYERED CONTAINER AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING SAME
Provided is a multilayered container including a polyester layer containing a thermoplastic polyester resin (X) and a polyamide layer containing a polyamide resin (Y), wherein the polyester layer is an innermost layer, and the polyamide layer is an intermediate layer. The polyamide resin (Y) has a constituent unit derived from a diamine and a constituent unit derived from a dicarboxylic acid. At least 70 mol % of the constituent units derived from a diamine are a constituent unit derived from a xylylenediamine, and at least 70 mol % of the constituent units derived from a dicarboxylic acid are a constituent unit derived from an α,ω-linear aliphatic dicarboxylic acid having from 4 to 20 carbons. When an overall thickness is 100%, the polyamide layer is present from a position of 5 to 35% from an inner surface, and a thickness of the polyamide layer is from 1 to 15%.

A blow molded multilayer article with a hollow body and a wall being formed by at least three layers including a first skin layer, a second skin layer and a core sandwiched between the first and second skin layers. The skin layers can include a first thermoplastic material and an effect pigment and/or a porogen. The core can include recycled thermoplastic material and pigment and/or dye. The article can contain greater than 30% recycled thermoplastic material.

A laminate sheet, particularly an aluminium-based laminate comprises polyethylene having a density of 0.90-0.96 g/cc, a polyethylene-based film having a melting temperature of less than 240° C.; low density polyethylene in order to provide high adhesion; an aluminium barrier film, and a polyethylene-based film having a sealing property. Furthermore, the laminate sheet may further comprise a blown film or a dry laminate for making a tube and a tube shoulder in order to prevent flavor loss of the products packaged therein and without stress crack.

Disclosed is a container sealing body applied to seal an inlet of a container, the container sealing body including: an upper layer; a lower layer provided below the upper layer; and a thermal bonding resin layer configured between the upper layer and the lower layer and thermally bonded by thermal bonding resin, in which the upper layer includes: a surface layer provided for printing and configured to prevent thermal bonding; and a synthetic resin layer having tensile strength and hardness and configured sequentially with the surface layer from above to below, an opening tab is configured by cutting and punching the upper layer, an opening initiation guide cutting line is formed at one side of the opening tab, the lower layer includes a blocking layer for preventing transmission of oxygen or moisture, and a thermal bonding sealing layer, and the synthetic resin layer of the upper layer and the blocking layer of the lower layer are bonded.
