Waterproof corrugated paper, manufacturing method thereof, manufacturing apparatus thereof, and usage thereof
A waterproof corrugated paper includes at least one stone paper medium and at least one stone liner paper, wherein the at least one stone paper medium includes a first fluting surface. A stone glue is utilized to adhere the at least one stone liner paper and several wave crests of the first fluting surface. The stone glue includes a linear polyolefin plastic material and an inorganic material. The linear polyolefin plastic material is 30 wt %-70 wt % based on the stone glue, and the inorganic material is 30 wt %-70 wt % based on the stone glue. The waterproof corrugated paper provided by the present invention is waterproof and frost-resistant, which is adapted to package cooled or frozen food. A manufacturing method, a manufacturing apparatus, and a usage of the waterproof corrugated paper are also provided in the present invention.
BATTERY PACKAGING MATERIAL
A battery packaging material is formed of a laminate. The laminate is composed of an outer layer including a substrate layer, a barrier layer as an intermediate layer, and a heat fusible resin layer as an innermost layer. The total thickness of the laminate is 60 μm to 220 μm. The barrier layer is formed of a metal foil. The product of a stress value and a thickness of the heat fusible resin layer at a time of 10% stretching is 1,200 Pa.Math.m or more.

Tamper evident hybrid resealable container
The present invention relates to a composite container comprising a bottom film layer and a top film layer at least partially adhered to the bottom film layer. The top film layer is scored to form at least one resealable flap and at least one pull tab which is not adhered to the bottom film layer. The bottom film layer comprises at least one cavity opening. A cardboard layer is adhered on its lower surface to the upper surface of the top film layer, wherein the cardboard layer has at least one cavity opening which is substantially aligned with the scoring of the top film layer resealable flap and the cardboard layer is perforated to define a perimeter of at least one pull tab which is substantially aligned with and adhered, on its underside, to the upper surface of the top film layer pull tab.

SUSTAINABLE BIODEGRADABLE PROTECTIVE PACKAGING SYSTEMS PRODUCED FROM AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS
Provided is a wheat straw paper composite for a packaging material, comprising a first layer and second layer of wheat straw paper; and a layer of wheat flour film therebetween. Also provided is a laminate comprising at least three of the wheat straw paper composites, the first and second wheat straw paper composites in the form of a flat sheet, and the third wheat straw paper composite corrugated to include a plurality of flutes and positioned between the first and second wheat straw paper composite. Also provided is a system for packaging and physically protecting electronic devices in transit. The packaging system includes the laminate provided herein as an external protection container in combination with a corn foam insert that comprises a biodegradable cornstarch foam product comprising at least 60 wt % cornstarch, or a biodegradable expanded foam comprising a polylactic acid.

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing of a laminated cellulose-based liquid or semi-liquid food packaging material, wherein the laminated packaging material has a bulk material layer of paper, paperboard or other cellulose-based material, an innermost, heat sealable and liquid-tight layer of a thermoplastic polymer, the innermost polymer layer intended to be in direct contact with the packaged food product, a barrier layer laminated between the bulk layer and the innermost layer. The invention further relates the laminated packaging materials obtained by the method and to a packaging container for liquid food packaging, comprising the laminated packaging material or being made from the laminated packaging material obtained by the method.
Recyclable paper packaging with high barrier to water vapor and oxygen
A recycling-friendly, easily producible paper packaging laminate with a high barrier against water vapor, oxygen and/or aromas, wherein a barrier film includes at least one substrate layer, a joining layer, and a barrier layer, wherein the joining layer is arranged between the substrate layer and the barrier layer, in that the substrate layer consists predominantly of polyethylene or polypropylene with a polyethylene content or a polypropylene content of at least 60 wt. % of the substrate layer, in that at least the at least one substrate layer of the barrier film is stretched, in that the content of the paper layer is between 50 wt. % and 90 wt. % of the paper packaging laminate, and in that the barrier film is joined to the paper layer by a hydrophilic adhesive layer, wherein the side of the paper layer facing the barrier film is uncoated.

The present invention relates to a water-, oil- and grease-resistant multilayer coating for a paper-based substrate comprising a water-based inner primer coating, an intermediate polymeric extrusion coating, and a water-based top barrier coating, wherein a surface of the paper-based substrate coated therewith has water, oil and grease barrier properties, and wherein the paper-based substrate coated therewith is repulpable and recyclable.
