Air bag packaging arrangement and self-adhesive checking valve
An air bag packaging arrangement and a self-adhesive checking valve, the air bag packaging arrangement includes an air bag and an air valve which is the self-adhesive checking valve. The air bag includes first and second cell overlapped layers to form an air chamber and a valve opening. The air valve includes first and second sealing films overlapped between the first and second cell layers, and a strengthening film provided between the first valve film and the first cell film to strengthen a joint strength between the first valve film and the first cell film, so as to prevent the first valve film from being broken, so as to further avoid an air leakage.
Multilayer Plastic Film with Heat Resistant Outer Layers and Slow and Normal Crystallizing Polyamides
A multilayer film is herein provided. The film, which is useful for packaging, comprises: a core barrier layer having an outer side and an inner side, said core barrier layer comprising one or more barrier polymers that exhibit moisture and/or oxygen barrier properties, wherein said barrier polymer is optionally coupled to a slow crystallizing polyamide or a polymer blend thereof; an outer layer bonded to the outer side of the core barrier layer comprising a rigid polymer having an inherent viscosity (IV) in the range of about 3.2 to 4.7, wherein the outer layer optionally comprises slow crystallizing polymer (SCP) or a polymer blend thereof; and a sealant layer bonded to the inner side of the core barrier layer comprising one or more polyolefins sufficient to provide a seal.
Adhesive wrapping system
An adhesive wrapping system is provided. The adhesive wrapping system has a flexible sheet of material which has a planar layer and an opposing padding layer. The padding layer comprises a plurality of concave recessions, which when mated with the planar layer, forms gas-filled bubbles that provide a cushioning surface. The sheet of material further comprises a plurality of perforations which are linearly disposed across the sheet to provide a user with the ability to select a size and shape of material to be used. An adhesive is also disposed along at least one length of the sheet of material which secures the material to a desired surface, such as the sheet of material itself. A removable adhesive covering is disposed over the adhesive to preserve the adhesive until the adhesive is exposed for use.
GAS FILLED CROSSLAMINATE AND METHOD FOR ITS MANUFACTURE
Crosslaminates of thermoplastic films have at least one of the films formed as a fluted structure, and two films are laminated to one another in such a manner that pockets are formed which contain gas. The pockets allow passage of gas between at least two adjacent flutes, whereby the product has an improved handle, and bags formed of the laminate have good stacking properties when filled with coarse particulates. The flute pitch is generally no more than 3 mm, while the pocket length is less than 50 mm. The bonding method involves spot bonding between the films, achieved by adhering the films together between crown portions of bosses on one film with molten material on the other film under a low pressure process, for instance achieved by provision of air pressure through adaptation of production apparatus, for instance die portions.

Method for preparing pieces of fabric; pieces and bag derived from application of the method
Bag having at least one of its sides produced from a piece of fabric secured to a piece of bubble wrap; securing being achieved by coating one face of the piece of fabric with adhesive then applying a piece of bubble wrap, either via its bumpy face or via its smooth face. Attachment is performed by sewing, laminating or bonding a second piece of fabric to the first piece of fabric so as to sandwich a piece of bubble wrap between these two pieces of fabric.
Honeycomb sandwich sheet or panel, based on polypropylene, with a number of central thermoformed films
A honeycomb sandwich sheet or panel, based on thermoplastic polypropylene, includes a structure having two flat outer films, at the top and bottom, welded to at least two inner or central thermoformed blister films, repeated in a regular and continuous pattern, wherein the at least two inner thermoformed films are welded to each other.
Honeycomb sandwich sheet or panel, based on polypropylene, with a central thermoformed film
The present invention relates to a honeycomb sandwich sheet or panel, based on thermoplastic polypropylene, comprising a structure consisting of two flat outer films, at the top and bottom (10, 12), welded to an inner or central film (11) blister thermoformed (13), with blisters repeated in a regular and continuous pattern, wherein said inner or central film (11) is thermoformed on both sides or faces.
PEST REPELLENT AND/OR RECYCLABLE MULTILAYER SHEET MATERIAL AND PACKAGING MADE THEREFROM
Multilayer sheet material, comprising: a first layer attached to a second layer, wherein: the first layer is an insulative layer or a protective layer; the second layer is a cushioning layer; and wherein one or both of the first and second layers is: pest repellent; recyclable; or both pest repellent and recyclable.
Elastic bellows and battery cell assemblies including same
A battery pack includes a battery housing and electrochemical cells disposed in the battery housing in a stacked configuration. Elastic members are disposed between adjacent cells of a cell stack. Each elastic member is a bladder that is formed of a pair of contoured plate portions stacked in a mirrored arrangement, whereby the plate portions cooperate to form a bellows-type compression spring. The elastic members provide a predetermined compression force to each cell while accommodating cell growth during use. The elastic members may include surface features such as strategically shaped and/or located protrusions that are configured to permit compliance and can be tuned to address the requirements of a specific application and permit application of varying stiffness characteristics across a surface of a cell.
