APPARATUS FOR MAKING DIRECT WRITING SCREEN PLATE AND USING METHOD THEREOF
The present invention discloses an apparatus for making direct writing screen plate and a using method thereof. The present invention provides a direct writing screen plate making apparatus and a focal plane control method. A Z-axis controller is used to pre-establish a mapping relation between the focal plane position of the scanning band to be scanned in the next step and the scanning platform position signal. During the next step of scanning, the position of the optical lens is adjusted according to the mapping relation, thus avoiding the problem of inconsistency between the calculated focal plane and the actual focal plane caused by the position deviation between the assembled displacement sensor and the optical lens. The present invention also provides a method for exposing a region of interest and a method for compensating the on-line real-time light uniformity.
Printing screen
A printing screen includes a screen-shaped fabric layer with fabric threads being angled relative to one another to form a carrier layer. An imaged stencil layer is connected to the fabric layer and provided with passages. A respective passage forms a continuous channel and has an opening that is smaller on a printing material side of the printing screen than on a squeegee side of the printing screen. Such a printing screen has sufficient stability and advantageously allows the finest lines and dots to be printed. A method for imaging such a printing screen is also provided.
Selective stencil mask and a stencil printing method
A selective stencil mask and a stencil printing method are provided. The stencil mask is for printing a fluid material onto a substrate, and comprises: a stencil member comprising: at least one printing region each having an array of apertures that allow the fluid material to flow therethrough and deposit onto the substrate; and a blocking region configured to prevent the fluid material from flowing therethrough; and a supporting member attached to the stencil member and configured to, when the stencil mask is placed on the substrate, contact the substrate and create a gap between the stencil member and the substrate.
