Lift tool assembly for stencil printer
A conveyor system for a stencil printer includes a pair of rail members extending through a frame and configured to transport the substrate through the stencil printer. A lift tool assembly is configured to support the substrate at a transport height and a print height. The lift tool assembly includes a lifter portion configured to be engaged by a support of the lift table assembly. A foot of the lifter portion has at least two permanent magnets configured to secure the foot of the lifter portion to the support when engaging the support to the lifter portion, and at least one vacuum pocket formed in a bottom surface of the foot of the lifter portion. The vacuum pocket is configured to selectively secure the lifter portion in place on the support.

Edge lock assembly for a stencil printer
A conveyor system for a stencil printer includes a pair of rail members, with the pair of rail members extending through a frame and configured to transport the substrate through the stencil printer. The conveyor system further includes, for each rail member, a lift tool assembly coupled to the rail member. The lift tool assembly includes a lifter portion, a main plate secured to the lifter portion, and a clamping member coupled to the main plate. The clamping member is configured to move horizontally between a substrate engaged position and a substrate disengaged position. The lift tool assembly further includes a thin foil coupled to the main plate. The thin foil is configured to move vertically and horizontally, independent from the clamping member.

FULL-SERVO LABEL INSPECTION MACHINE AND CONTROL METHOD THEREOF
The present invention provide a full-servo label inspection machine and a control method thereof; the machine includes a frame, the frame is provided with an unrolling mechanism, a rolling mechanism, a visual inspection mechanism, a label removal mechanism, and a label replacement mechanism. In the label removal mechanism, when the paper pressing roller is at the label removal position, it presses the material to be inspected downwards to form an angle of less than 180 with the rear end of a label removal plate. After a defective label on the material to be inspected passes the label removal plate, a front end of the defective label curls up and eventually sticks onto the label removal paper. The present invention allows fully automation of the removal and replacement of labels, achieving high inspection efficiency and accuracy.

MESHLESS FOIL STENCIL FRAME
A meshless foil stencil frame removes all the components of mesh mounted frames and associated issues and mechanically attaches the foil to an aluminum frame by way of pre-cut tabs. Tension is applied by either pulling on all four sides of the frame and then placing a spacer at each corner to maintain the displacement of each frame member or locking the corners and placing a displacement insert between frame and foil. This displacement in turn applies pressure on a foil which is held firm at each of the four edges and therefore creates tension on the foil.
