Release film transfer printing equipment and operating method thereof
The release film transfer printing equipment is provided. The release film transfer printing equipment includes a machine, a platform, a transfer device and a downward pressing device. The machine has a control panel. The platform is disposed above the machine, and the platform includes a vacuum pump electrically connected to the control panel. The transfer device includes a mold and a release film fixing frame. The mold is disposed above the platform, and the mold includes a plurality of air holes. The release film fixing frame is connected to a periphery of the platform. The downward pressing device is disposed above the transfer device, and the downward pressing device includes a hydraulic cylinder and a downward pressing platform. The hydraulic cylinder is electrically connected to the control panel, and the downward pressing platform is connected to the hydraulic cylinder by a power rod.
PRINTING DEVICE, PRINTING SYSTEM, AND PRINTING METHOD
A printing device includes a base, a transfer roller, a transfer portion and at least one image collector. The transfer roller includes a rotating shaft and a cylinder body. The transfer portion is disposed on an outer circumferential surface of the cylinder body. The base is configured to allow a printing plate and a substrate to be transferred to be provided thereon, and drive the printing plate or the substrate to be transferred to move, so that the printing plate or the substrate to be transferred comes in contact with the transfer portion disposed on the cylinder body, and moves synchronously with the cylinder body. The transfer portion is configured to allow a transfer pattern to be formed thereon. The image collector is disposed on the cylinder body or the base, and is configured to collect a position of the transfer pattern transferred onto the substrate to be transferred.
LAYER TRANSFER DEVICE
A layer transfer device includes a housing main body having an opening, a cover movable between an open position in which the opening is open and a closed position in which the opening is closed, a heating member provided in the housing main body and configured to heat a multilayer film and a sheet, a pressure member provided on the cover and configured to nip the multilayer film and a sheet laid on the multilayer film between the heating member and the pressure member, and a shutter movable between a protecting position in which the heating member is covered with the shutter, and a retreated position in which the shutter is away from the protecting position. The shutter is in the protecting position when the cover is in the open position.
Graphic arts assembly with magnetic support structure
A graphic arts support assembly is operable to be used with a graphic arts plate assembly in a press. The graphic arts support assembly and the plate assembly are configured for removable association with a lift mechanism including a shiftable lift element. The support assembly includes a graphic arts magnetic support structure operable to removably support the graphic arts plate assembly. The magnetic support structure includes a support plate, a magnet fixed relative to the plate, and an alignment element projecting from the support plate. The support assembly is operable to be mounted on the lift mechanism so that the lift element is aligned with a lift opening of the support plate, with the lift element shiftable through the lift opening to locate at least part of the graphic arts plate assembly away from the support plate.
LAYER TRANSFER DEVICE
A layer transfer device includes a supply reel, a take-up reel, a driving source, a releasable restraining device, a heating roller, a pressure roller, and a controller. The driving source drives the take-up reel. The releasable restraining device is capable of switching to a restraining state in which a multilayer film is put under restraint in being drawn out from the supply reel and to a release state in which the restraint is lifted. The controller is configured such that when the driving source is generating the mechanical power, the releasable restraining device is in the restraining state if an image area in which an image is formed on the sheet is not present in a layer transfer position between the heating roller and the pressure roller, and the releasable restraining device is in the release state if the image area is present in the layer transfer position.
IMPRINTING APPARATUS
An imprinting apparatus includes an imprinting platform having a first side and a second side opposite to each other, an imprinting roller disposed above the imprinting platform, a transfer module, and a film separation module. The transfer module includes a transfer film located between the imprinting roller and the imprinting platform and a fixed frame fixed beside the first side of the imprinting platform and a movable frame disposed on the second side of the imprinting platform that clamp opposite sides of the transfer film. The movable frame is adapted to move horizontally relative to the fixed frame to change a flatness of the transfer film. The film separation module is connected to the movable frame, and is adapted to drive the movable frame to be turned from a first position to a second position, such that a rounded corner is formed between the transfer film and the imprinting roller.
Foil transfer apparatus
A Y-axis direction moving mechanism that moves a Y-axis carriage includes a right first driving pulley configured to retract and pay out a right first wire and located in a housing, a right first driven pulley on the Y-axis carriage and around which the right first wire is wound, and a Y-axis motor configured to drive and rotate the right first driving pulley. An X-axis direction moving mechanism that moves an X-axis carriage includes a second driving pulley configured to retract and pay out a second wire and on a Y-axis carriage, a second driven pulley on an X-axis carriage and around which the second wire is wound, and an X-axis motor configured to drive and rotate the second driving pulley.
Layer transfer device
A layer transfer device includes a supply reel, a take-up reel, a driving source, a releasable restraining device, a heating roller, a pressure roller, and a controller. The driving source drives the take-up reel. Systems for printing solder paste and other viscous materials at high resolution
Systems and methods in which dot-like portions of a material (e.g., a viscous material such as a solder paste) are printed or otherwise transferred onto an intermediate substrate at a first printing unit, the intermediate substrate having the dot-like portions of material printed thereon is transferred to a second printing unit, and the dot-like portions of material are transferred from the intermediate substrate to a final substrate at the second printing unit. Optionally, the first printing unit includes a coating system that creates a uniform layer of the material on a donor substrate, and the material is transferred in the individual dot-like portions from the donor substrate onto the intermediate substrate at the first printing unit. Each of the first and second printing units may employ a variety of printing or other transfer technologies. The system may also include material curing and imaging units to aid in the overall process.
