SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR TRANSFERRING GRAPHICAL IMAGES ON AN OBJECT BY SUBLIMATION
20200016914 · 2020-01-16 ·

A system for transferring graphical representations on an object by sublimation is provided. The system has a first loading device configured to load on a work plane, a support having a graphical representation to be transferred, a second loading device configured to load, the object over the support on the work plane. The system further includes a sublimation apparatus having a catenary, and a plurality of pendulum components hooked to the catenary, each component having ends and jaws configured to cooperate with the work plane so that, by suction, said support wraps the object, is made to adhere to the object and is moved together with the object by way of the catenary in an oven arranged for transferring the support graphical representation from the support to the object. The invention relates also to a method for transferring graphical representations on an object by sublimation.

Forming a texture in a can surface decoration

A method of decorating a metal can body and comprising printing a fine pattern onto the can body using a non-varnishable ink, and applying a varnish over the printed fine pattern while the printed non-varnishable ink remains wet. The pattern is configured to give rise to a textured pattern in the varnish once the varnish has dried.

A gravure printing device includes a substrate stage (11) on which a substrate (2) is fixed, an intaglio plate (21) for holding conductive paste, and a control device (7) for controlling a series of printing operations including a supply operation of supplying conductive paste (3) to a printing pattern of the intaglio plate (21) and a transfer operation of transferring the conductive paste (3) to the substrate (2). The control device (7) repeatedly performs the series of printing operations a plurality of times with respect to the identical printing position on the substrate (2). A printing pattern laminate made of the conductive paste laminated into the shape of the printing pattern is formed on the substrate (2). This makes it possible to form lines and bumps on a substrate made of a heat-sensitive material, while preventing the occurrence of metamorphosis of the substrate made of the heat-sensitive material.

A wheel logo imprinting device includes a wheel feeding system, a position identification system, a wheel turning system, a logo imprinting system, a station switching system, a logo drying system and a wheel discharging system. The device can be used for continuous production of assembly lines, can realize multi-directional, multi-angle and multi-number imprinting of personalized logos, orderly connects feeding, imprinting, drying and discharging through a reasonable process layout, and integrates imprinting and drying by using double stations so as to greatly improve the production efficiency and shorten the production cycle.

CUSTOM PRINTING OF CUPS, GLASSES, AND OTHER VESSELS
20190291407 · 2019-09-26 · ·

A system for printing on containers or vessels, such as plastic cups, may use one or more inkjet printer head to produce an image on the exterior of a vessel. A planar digital image may be transposed to a surface corresponding to the surface of a vessel being printed upon. A dial driven by an indexer may bear a plurality of mandrels through stations within the system to print, cure, and process images and/or the vessel surface. Each mandrel may receive a vessel and then transport the vessel to at least one printing station and at least one curing station before the vessel is removed from the mandrel.

CARD/CARRIER COMBINATION DIVERTER AND/OR SORTER SYSTEMS

A card/carrier combination sorter system is described that is configured for use with a card/carrier combination production system. The sorter system includes an input that is in communication with an output of the production system so as to receive a plurality of card/carrier combinations one-by-one from the production system. The sorter system is configured to sort the plurality of card/carrier combinations into one or more bins of the sorter system. In some embodiments, a card/carrier combination is not diverted and is instead output through an output of the sorter system to an inserter system for insertion into an envelope and subsequent mailing.
