Digital ink duct for a press, digital ink supply system and application method thereof
The present invention discloses a digital ink duct for a printing press, comprising an ink tank for storing ink, a main ink pipe that communicates with the ink tank, at least one metering-type ink delivery device, ink delivery pipes, a controller and a signal acquisition device. In the present invention, high-accuracy, metering-type ink delivery devices are arranged in a queue to form a digital ink duct which replaces the traditional ink duct and supplies ink for the ink zones. The present invention can perform accurate adjustment in real time, is high in automation and digitalization degree, and can realize one-way ink delivery and avoid ink return.

A processing machine, in particular a printing machine, includes a unit having a storage container. The storage container comprises a roller and a base which delimit the storage chamber for a medium. One or more sliders are arranged along the edge of the base to form, together with the roller, an outlet gap for the medium. In the region of the one or more sliders, pneumatic means are provided to seal the supply chamber with respect to the medium. A method for operating such a processing machine is also disclosed.

An ink fountain of an ink fountain device is provided with a fixed frame; a plate slidable on the upper surface of the plate; and an advancement and retraction mechanism advancing and retracting the plate with respect to the frame. The advancement and retraction mechanism comprises: a motor; a cam fixed to the output shaft of the motor which is integrally rotatable by rotation of the output shaft and has a cam surface shifted from an exact circle; and a rod in contact with the cam surface and advancing and retracting by the cam. The plate advances and retracts with respect to the frame by the advancement and retraction of the rod.
PRINTING MACHINE AND INK FOUNTAIN DEVICE THEREOF, AND METHOD FOR CLEANING PERIPHERY OF INK FOUNTAIN
An ink fountain of an ink fountain device is provided with a fixed frame; a plate slidable on the upper surface of the plate; and an advancement and retraction mechanism advancing and retracting the plate with respect to the frame. The advancement and retraction mechanism comprises: a motor; a cam fixed to the output shaft of the motor which is integrally rotatable by rotation of the output shaft and has a cam surface shifted from an exact circle; and a rod in contact with the cam surface and advancing and retracting by the cam. The plate advances and retracts with respect to the frame by the advancement and retraction of the rod.
DEVICE FOR APPLYING A FLUID TO A ROLLER
A fluid distribution device, for applying a fluid onto a transfer roller (2), comprises an elongated chamber (10), at least one inlet (31) for letting a fluid into the chamber (10), a longitudinal opening extending in the axial direction and adapted to face a transfer roller (2) so as to allow fluid to exit the chamber and contact the transfer roller, and at least one wiper blade (11) extending along at least a portion of the longitudinal opening. The chamber comprises, at each of the two axial ends of the chamber, a wall (15) separating the chamber (10) from a cavity (16), wherein the wall (15) has a wall surface (15A) arranged to face the transfer roller (2) when the device is in use, the wall (15) being dimensioned so that the wall surface (15A) will be distanced from the transfer roller when the device is in use, so as to allow fluid to be present in a gap (20) between the wall surface (15A) and the transfer roller.
DEVICE FOR APPLYING A FLUID TO A ROLLER
A fluid distribution device, for applying a fluid onto a transfer roller (2), comprises an elongated chamber (10), at least one inlet (31) for letting a fluid into the chamber (10), a longitudinal opening extending in the axial direction and adapted to face a transfer roller (2) so as to allow fluid to exit the chamber and contact the transfer roller, and at least one wiper blade (11) extending along at least a portion of the longitudinal opening. CONVERTING MACHINE WITH HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT
The present invention relates to a flexographic printing unit (17) for a converting machine (10). The flexographic printing unit comprises a flexographic printing assembly (28) including a printing cylinder (30), an anilox cylinder, a counter cylinder (32) and a doctor blade chamber (36). The printing cylinder being arranged vertically above the counter cylinder and configured to print on a top side (S1) of a sheet (1). The flexographic printing unit comprises a fixed frame portion (102) and a movable frame portion (104), and the printing cylinder, anilox cylinder and the doctor blade chamber are attached to the movable frame portion and the counter cylinder is attached to the fixed frame portion. The movable frame portion being vertically movable between an operating position where the printing cylinder is positioned against the counter cylinder and a service position where the printing cylinder is further distanced from the counter cylinder.
CONVERTING MACHINE WITH HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT
The present invention relates to a flexographic printing unit (17) for a converting machine (10). The flexographic printing unit comprises a flexographic printing assembly (28) including a printing cylinder (30), an anilox cylinder, a counter cylinder (32) and a doctor blade chamber (36).
