SOLDER PRINTING APPARATUS
The present invention presents a solder printing apparatus comprising a clamping mechanism (100), and a position adjusting mechanism. The clamping mechanism (100) comprises a mounting base (130), a lead screw (142), one or more clamp base (110), and one or more adjustable height stopper (120) for locating and clamping. The position adjusting mechanism comprises an adjustment for X direction positioning (150), an adjustment for Y direction positioning (160), an adjustment for Z direction positioning (170), and an adjustment for rotation position about the Z axis (180), each having a turn knob with a micrometer scale, as well as, a position indicator (152, 162, 172).
PRINTING DEVICE AND PRINTING METHOD
Provided is a printing device prints a transfer material onto a substrate via a mask. The printing device includes a placement portion, a moving portion, a cleaning unit, and a control unit. The placement portion is where the mask is movably placed. The moving portion moves the mask placed on the placement portion. The cleaning unit removes the transfer material remaining on the back side of the mask. The control unit controls the moving portion. Upon maintenance of the cleaning unit, the control unit controls the moving portion to move the mask placed on the placement portion to a retract position.
Screen printer, component mounting line, and screen printing method
A screen printer includes: a substrate holder that holds a substrate; a mask to be contacted with the substrate; an imaging device that images the substrate; an elevation mechanism that moves up the substrate holder at a below-mask-position below the mask based on a result of the imaging to contact the substrate with the mask; a horizontal moving mechanism that moves the substrate holder between the below-mask-position and a retreat position retreated in a horizontal direction from the below-mask-position; a printing head that moves on the mask contacted with the substrate and prints a paste on the substrate via the mask; and a mask cleaner that cleans a lower surface of the mask with the substrate separated from the mask by the elevation mechanism. The imaging of the substrate and the cleaning of the mask are performed with the substrate holder positioned at the retreat position.
SCREEN PRINTING SYSTEM AND CLEANING METHOD THEREOF
The present disclosure discloses a screen printing system and a cleaning method thereof. The screen printing system has a scraper cleaning region and a working region, and the screen printing system includes a scraper and a scraper cleaning unit. The scraper operates within the working region, and the scraper cleaning unit is configured to clean the scraper. The scraper and the scraper cleaning unit are configured as follows: the scraper stays in the working region, and the scraper cleaning unit moves to a position where the scraper stays to clean the scraper; or the scraper cleaning unit is positioned in the scraper cleaning region, and the scraper moves to the scraper cleaning region, so that the scraper cleaning unit cleans the scraper.
Screen cleaning apparatus and method
A screen cleaning apparatus (2) and method, wherein: a screen cleaning head (3) is operative to contact a surface of a printing screen (PS), the screen cleaning head (3) includes a screen contact element (17) over which a cleaning sheet (7) is in use disposed, the screen contact element (17) comprises a first section (17a), which is configured to support one of a dry section or a wet section of the cleaning sheet (7) thereabove, a second, vacuum section (17b), at which a vacuum is provided to draw a vacuum therethrough, and a third section (17c), which is configured to support the other of a wet section or a dry section of the cleaning sheet thereabove; and a support (11) to which the cleaning head (3) is supported and which is movable over the surface of the printing screen (PS) to provide for cleaning of the same.
Stencil printer having controllable tension device for a stencil wiper assembly and method of controlling tension
A stencil printer includes a stencil, a material applicator to apply material on the stencil, and a stencil wiper assembly to selectively wipe the stencil. The stencil wiper assembly includes has a quick-change material module having a supply roller to receive a roll of material, a take-up roller to receive used material, a drive to move the material across the stencil from the supply roller to the take-up roller, and a controllable tension device configured to vary a tension of the material when driving the material from the supply roller to the take-up roller.
SCREEN PRINTING APPARATUS AND METHOD
A printing screen for printing deposits of a print medium onto workpieces, the printing screen comprising a sheet in which a pattern of printing apertures are formed to allow for printing of a pattern of deposits onto a workpiece, and a waveguide which can be driven to induce an ultrasonic vibration in the sheet, wherein the waveguide comprises an elongate body at a surface of the sheet which at least partially surrounds the pattern of printing apertures.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR CLEANING A STENCIL AND A METHOD FOR FORMING THE APPARATUS
An apparatus for cleaning a stencil, a method for forming the same and a method for cleaning a stencil are provided. The stencil comprises at least one cavity at a first surface of the stencil and a plurality of apertures extending within the stencil, and the apparatus comprises: a carrier; a supporting member attached on the carrier, and comprising a base portion and at least one cleaning portion protruding from the base portion, wherein each of the at least one cleaning portion is mateable with and receivable within one of the at least one cavity of the stencil; and a wiper detachably disposed on the supporting member, wherein the wiper is configured for being pressed against the stencil by the supporting member when the stencil is placed on the apparatus, to remove residuals within the apertures through direct contact between the wiper and the residuals.
